Twice in a row we’ve ordered from this location and received a half order of the garlic Parmesan breadsticks. Plus they’re tiny. So you spend $50 and wait almost an hour to get a wet box with six tiny breadsticks haphazardly tossed in like the person making them hates you almost as much as they hate themselves. Not ordering from here anymore.

Paid $40 for two pizzas and some butter and garlic breadsticks over DoorDash. When it was delivered, we saw that they had just given us some really sad looking unseasoned breadsticks. Tried to call the place to get it corrected, their phone line has been disconnected. Drove to the location to see just one guy working there, and when I explained the situation to him he just shrugs, “Well what do you want?” What do I want? What I ordered would be nice! And to top it all off, when he finally gave me the right thing, there was so much melted butter on the damn thing that it dripped all over the car. You actually couldn’t pay me to eat food from this place again. Just insane.

firstly, i received the wrong order. second order came way late & it was undercooked. i literally ate somewhere else that night. the manager said he’d issue me a full refund & of course it shows purchased (not surprised btw like at all)& he charged me for the “correct” one. not only is he unprofessional & awful to speak to, he didn’t even apologize & tried to avoid me when i called again 4 days later to again ask for a full refund… you know you guys can actually put someone on hold instead of freaking out w the phone sitting on the desk… & oh wait sorry i meant confirm the refund that was promised. but apparently he said he only wasn’t going to charge me for the new pizza, dispute verbally confirming a full redund. & yet i was charged for that one too, 4.99 on doordash. trust if it was closer i would’ve dropped off my whole nasty order + the new one & asked for cash. i can’t believe that i’m gonna have to follow up with these literal teenagers another week from now, since they can’t even deliver the right pizza with clear instructions. i’ve literally wasted $40 on food i waited 2hrs in total for, had to put in the oven for literally 10 minutes, & i stillllll have to invest my time in this charade.

First time at this Papa John's and it most definitely will not be the last. Super clean restaurant and the guys in the back were supes friendly. The food was the cherry on top...perfect temp, ready to go as soon as I showed up and delicious AF. You could tell it was made with love.

I ordered over the phone. I didn’t get a text confirmation or even an order number. They told me it would take 15-25 minutes…. 1 hr later and 30 mins of standing inside the store… still no pizza. There was only 1 guy making pizza’s until another employee showed up (presumably late). Hard to imagine they would think 1 person would be enough on a busy Saturday night at 7pm. I will most definitely never buy pizza from here again. Worst service of my life, and I’m usually pretty patient.

I ordered the SHAQ-A-RONI pizza. It was NOT as advertised, its a basic pepperoni pizza...EXTRA NOTHING! To top it off I picked up and they said it would be 10 more minutes when the app said done. Well it was done sitting the whole time on the shelf, the guy could not read the name correctly!!! Don't bother, stick to Barro's

Area managers should review operation at this store. This was the second time there was confusion about order pickup. Plus Pizza is nothing sepecial.

If you are ordering from a hotel like us, *DO NOT* Tip the driver thru the order, we tipped 25% and they didn't even bring the order up to our room, just left it at the front desk. Tip their drivers in cash so they have to bring the order up to you to get their tip, and you get your food fully delivered.

Recently I’ve been getting not that great of quality pizza from here and I’m finally going to share it after the numerous times it’s been bad. The pizza and cheese sticks I got look like a pool of grease I can’l hardly see the cuts. Asked for well done because they usually pull it out early but I got it burnt instead. I also got the wrong dipping sauces! The pizza wasn’t cut all the way. And someone needs to teach their employees how to pound the dough correctly because it’s all crust…i didn’t order a thin pizza like learn how to distribute the dough evenly if this is your job. One of the employees was wearing their pajamas and the other didn’t bat an eye when I walked in(looked like the manager). Very disappointed and it’s a shame because I want to come back since it’s nearby. I used to work in a pizza kitchen so it’s sad to see.

They deliver through door dash regularly, door dash delivery drivers always forget to grab the two liter.I try every time to file for a new one, but I’ve never gotten one, nor an email back.If my fiancée and I didn’t love the garlic cheese stuffed crust we would probably never go to papa johns.
