I ordered pizza at wrong address, manager at via Linda in Scottsdale was very polite and made me feel better. He told me no problem I will cancel your order. I love their pizza and service is excellent in Scottsdale AZ and Oklahoma City. 😋👍

Michael T. helped save the day for a business lunch when we were in a pinch last week! I got the message late in the morning that lunch plans had fallen through for an event in a different city, and I was left to resolve the issue with very little time! I made the order online and followed up with a phone call, and Michael was on it! They got our lunch to the event in impressive time. I and we really appreciate the professionalism, speed, and excellent service. Thank you, Michael and team!

Teribble experience...we ordered 3 pizzas and got 2. Then i got additude from the delivery driver after a 5 dollar tip and 5$ delivery charge. On the 2 pizzas i recieved each was 1/3 covered in bubbles and no cheese so a third of each pizza was useless. Worst pizzas...not one, but both ive ever recieved. I have pics of this disgrace as well.

Can’t rate the food bc never got my order. Placed an online order to be delivered at noon for a party, had a room reserved from 10-1. When I called the store at 12:10 the person who answered put the phone on the table to continued to do whatever they were doing bc all I could hear was banging in the background. After many attempts, of calling back, I finally got someone on the phone to cancel bc by this time it was 12:30 and if they couldn’t be there with pizza in 15 minutes, there would be no point in having it. Don’t recommend this store or the service at all.

If zero stars were an option, I'd leave it. I've had two different pick up orders; one with DoorDash and one with UberEats; both orders I was told someone had already picked the order up.. I contacted DoorDash AND Uber and was told that wasn't the case. Why lie? If you don't want to do your job, close the restaurant.

The strip mall that Papa Johns is located in is terrible. The parking surface is cracked throughout the lot. The trees and weeds are overgrown. It's trashy.
