The strip mall that Papa Johns is located in is terrible. The parking surface is cracked throughout the lot. The trees and weeds are overgrown. It's trashy.

Ordered pizzas for delivery as I was busy and kids were home and hungry. After an hour, still no delivery, eventually they called to say they’re short of delivery vehicles “did I still want my order”!?!? Had they informed me beforehand someone could easily have picked the pizzas. I will never order from here again.

i NEVER right reviews when i have a poor experience but, i ordered a pizza to share and found not one but two long blonde hairs cooked into the pizza. considering that i myself have red hair knowing 100% this wasn’t mine nor who i was sharing with im very grossed out….i have never had my appetite disappear so quickly. If you value cleanliness stay away from this location.

The delivery was 10 minutes late. Drove right past me with details on where the unit was. Came back around and parked and ignored me calling to him and didn't see the BIG number on the building and when he finally does come past me he gives me nothing but attitude that he doesn't have time for this.Really, he doesn't have time. Last time I use this if any Pappa John's.Stay away from this location if you feel like using this chain.

Worst PJ's experience ever! I ordered online, and an hour later got a call from another PJ's location saying I was not in their delivery area. I explained I ordered from the one 5 minutes from me, so idk how it went to their store. Called the local location and the person who answered the phone couldn't take my order bc their system was not working. I won't be ordering from PJ's any time soon.
