This is my favorite food in Scottsdale. We eat here twice a month, at least. We are vegetarians and the Oyster Mushroom entree is INCREDIBLE and uniquely vegetarian. The seasoning and the rice that accompanies the mushrooms pulls this hearty and very filling dish together. Meat eaters would enjoy this dish as well. The hummus is so so good and we enjoy the vegetarian platter with dolma, hummus and tabouli as well. My children like the chicken fillet kabob and never complain...

Just had an unforgettable meal at PARS Persian Cuisine in Scottsdale. I ordered the Sultani, and it was perfection. The koobideh was juicy and full of flavor, and the barg (filet mignon skewer) was incredibly tender and grilled just right. Every bite was delicious.
