Their coffee is delicious, but their tea selection is 🔥 uff!!! Every time I come in the girls there, Brenda, Eden and Maddie have such a fun aura….makes coming in enjoyable and feel less like an errand. Always look forward to chatting with them. Excellent customer service. Overall, an amazing experience! ♥️✨

Passport Coffee & Tea is my go-to spot for top-quality coffee beans (not much of a tea guy but their selection looks great). The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with recommendations or questions. Ordering online is a breeze, and pickups are always prompt. It’s clear they take pride in both their products and customer service. Highly recommend to any coffee or tea enthusiast!

I love this place! I drink a ton of coffee and was so happy to find Passport. It's very close to my house and their roasted whole beans are seriously the best looking beans I have ever purchased. Zero imperfect beans, beautiful shine and the aroma is amazing. I make coffee many different ways, including espresso machine, Moka Pot, pour over and cold brew. The staff that helped me with selecting a few different roasts for different brewing methods were extremely helpful and patient with me. I love that I can order from their website for pickup or delivery. They also have a subscription service which I plan on joining once I zero in on my favorite roasts. They also sell green beans for people who roast their own coffee. Coffee is sold as whole beans but they can also grind it there for you if you don't have a good grinder at home. Coffee can be purchased in one pound and five pound bags. They also have a large selection of tea, which my wife loves. I know that they also give the option of several different grind sizes when ordering from the website. I know that they supply many local restaurants with their coffee too. I'll be a long time customer here!

We have been using Passport Coffee and tea for our non profit. They have been great at guiding us on brewing instruction. We really appreciate the help. It is a great product and very helpful staff.

I really hesitated on posting this, because their coffee beans are pretty good, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I’ve gone in, the service and attention has been terrible and the knowledge of some of their own beans from some of the girls working the counter has been very lackluster.

In addition to that, I have a need to get a pound of decaf/regular blended together (ie half pound regular/half pound decaf). The only way they told me (3 times to be exact) is that I need to buy 1 pound decaf, 1 pound regular and mix it at home. The problem is, thats a total of 2 pounds of coffee and it goes bad before I ever get through half of it.

I asked if I can call ahead and get 1 pound of this blend and pick it up. They refuse. I’ve gone in, I’ve asked, they refuse.

It’s been the same response. Buy a pound of each (so spend $26 instead of $13 for a pound of the blended) and mix it at home. And then throw away what you don’t use.

They’ve told me ‘if we do that for you we’ll have to do that for everybody and we don’t have the time’ yet I’ve watched them stand around inside and hangout….

That’s a pretty poor answer when I walk in and you’re just standing around and the time it takes you to explain it to me that you can’t do it, you could have scooped a half pound of decaf, a half pound of regular and mixed it in a bag. It takes more time to grind someone’s beans then it would for you to mix two half pound scoops and seal the bag.

I really tried to give them several opportunities to be more helpful. Yet, every time I went in, not one of the owners turned around and said ‘yeah, we can help you, I’m glad you like our coffee, etc’. Today was the final straw.

Update to response - that’s a terrible response. I’ve watched your staff stand around. They have more than enough time to put 2 half pounds of beans together and seal the bag. You have the beans available.

Passport Coffee delivers a solid specialty coffee experience with quality offerings and thoughtful extras. Their coffee subscription is excellent—reliable, well-curated, and a great way to explore different profiles. They also carry higher-end equipment, including a La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi and a matching grinder bundle, which shows they cater to serious espresso enthusiasts.

The only drawback—and the reason for one less star—is the lack of a true, clearly labeled blonde or lighter roast option. For those who enjoy the bright acidity and nuance of lighter roasts, this gap is noticeable.

Still, overall, Passport Coffee is a great option for both newcomers and seasoned coffee drinkers.

The only place I go to for my coffee and tea! Their flavored coffee selection is amazing, and the Italian roast is my go-to dark roast. I’ve loved trying out their teas—the butterfly pea flower, peach mango, and chai americano have all been delicious! Highly recommend Passport

Best Coffee. Best Tea. I go out of my way and drive 40 miles just to buy coffee there. They also ship their stuff, but the trip to their shop is always worth it.

I love passport coffee. Discovered it while living in Mesa, and now that I've moved out of state, I have it shipped. The coffee is the absolute best, and service is outstanding!
