This Pei Wei might be the best in the town. Love going here for lunch or early dinner.

I always loved Pei Wei however this was the worst meal I've ever had here. In all fairness this was my first time at this location. The one I usually go to is in Tempe. Not sure if I'll give them another chance either...

This location is really going downhill for us who work close by. A coworker ordered a chicken meal where the chicken was raw recently. I ate here today and have the worst stomachache. I think they need to look real hard at how this food is being handled. Not coming back here anytime soon!

Our go to for take out. Good food. Quick service. Usually less than 1/2 full.Unfortunately it is impossible to order ahead. I can't just pay for my order. Instead I MUST create an account and give up my personal information as if I was using TikTok.Parking: Huge parking lot, NEVER anywhere near full.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entry

Went for dinner here as we are currently under remodel at our house and have nowhere to eat, showed up 35 minutes before close at 825, when they finished with the client infront of us they said “sorry we are only doing takeout food our dining room closes at 830, and all of the chairs were up on the table (dining room hours were not posted anywhere)

What the heck happened to the old pei wei. I used to love this place. Could eat here everyday honestly. Its gone downhill. The chicken is so chewy and distasteful now. Been like that for years and I just dealt with it. But now I'm getting orders with overcooked, mushy rice. Can't even eat it anymore. Nothing wrong with the employees or the atmosphere, but I'm not going there for that. I'm going there because I'm hungry. Just got probably my last order from there and it's going in the trash. Can't eat it. Used to be easily my favorite restaurant growing up...

I just worked a 12-hour shift and I was craving Chinese food. I went to a Pei Wei location I had never been to before because it was by work. The person at the front had no idea what she was doing, and she also had a nose ring in the front of her nose (like a bull) and two other piercings in the side her nose. She had no idea what she was doing and she couldn't answer my simple questions. Frustrated, I ended up walking away. I'm not ordering food from someone with three piercings in their nose...that's just gross.

This review is tailored to those with Celiac and are gluten free.I used to go to Pei Wei often for their GF Spicy Chicken, now it's called Pei Wei original. I've been to two locations, Scottsdale and Glendale and both have glutened me with their GF food. I never used to react and now I do so something has changed significantly. They really shouldn't put gluten free but gluten friendly or just dedicate cookware and space for their gluten free dishes so us Celiacs can eat safely. I also noticed the original or spicy sauce over the last two years smells reminiscent of a petting zoo. I know that sounds weird but I can't even eat it anymore it stinks so bad. I tried other dishes but they just aren't as good. Also, of you order within their closing hour, expect the chicken to be hard. It really grosses me out. I am sad to let go of Pei Wei but they seem to have dropped the ball on gluten free.As for the customer service, I rated low because everytime I call its so loud nobody can hear me, which makes me worry they'll get my order wrong. It doesn't matter now since I absolutely cannot eat at any locations anymore.

The serivice was good, they treated me as they knew me for a long time. I went alone and I was scared but the workers made me feel great. The food was also very delicious. I can't wait to go back. There will be my go-to restruant from now on.
