Im forever sorry to my daughter that we had her 5th birthday party here. Booked her party with 10 kids and 12 adults. When we got there there is a new jump play area installed that is never advertised anywhere online or on app. Area is not included in package and is an additional $10 PER KID! And $15 if your not having a party! So you want me to pay $200 more dollars on top of what I already paid so the kids ( who are now all in tears) can go into this little jump around area????? And they also have this ticket tornado thing that the birthday kid is supposed to be able to do. But I guess if you dont get the expensive top tier package you can't do that either. I asked if I could just pay to let her do it and they said it doesn't work like that. So again my 5 year old had to be told she wasn't allowed to participate in something at her own party. Half the games didn't work but still subtracted your points from your card. Please dont let your children have the worst birthday of their little lives like mine did by going here. Not worth the money and there is no help from staff (especially the manager tim) to make their day and better.

Place was super fun the summer pass is a great price. However they added a play structure and want you to pay extra for it so prepare your kids for disappointment if you can't afford the $10 extra.

The fact you would put in this play structure then ask parents to pay $10 more a kid is appalling. I loved your guys company but this is horrific. You make kids cry and parents that can barely afford to come to begin with feel forced to pay for it. We used to come all the time. We won't until you include it or take it out.

Zucchini was perfect, but the portions have gotten tiny. Pizza was good, but very light on the pepperoni and not cooked all the way, rather doughy. But very tasty!

Update: Every time I do the buffet they never put out fresh pizza. I stayed for 30 minutes and not a single fresh pizza was put in the oven. What’s the point of a buffet if it’s just old stale food? I worked at PPP in 2004/5 as a teen and we were required to have fresh made pizza every half hour no exceptions.
All you can eat lunch was good 👌 before noon we felt like their only customers. Digital game system is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars you can no longer play one or two games. Minimum $17 to play

I’m only giving this store one star because I have to. I came on a Wednesday night to celebrate my son’s birthday. It was his choice for the night. I purchased 2 120-minute cards for him and his brother. Another child took his card while my son was busy playing a game. I took my receipt to who turned out to be a shift supervisor to cancel the old one and replace it. We were not expecting a complete replacement. Just the amount of time he had left. The shift supervisor refused and actually said my son should pay better attention. He then refused to give me his supervisor’s name. My son was in complete tears. I do not necessarily fault the shift supervisor as I sense poor training and he was left without an experience resource to defer to. We will not be returning to this location.
