New playground area inside, we had the buffet and it was great! Tasty pizza, fresh salad and even pasta. Our children loved it too! Have to pay extra to play on the jungle gym.

My oh my how times change. A once family fun and friendly place is now nothing but a miserable experience. Whoever thought hiring this current manager was a good idea must have never actually met him, or he's got to be the owners son. He just lurks the whole time ready and overly willing to swoop in and cancel fun at the very sight of it. We were literally the only people there, and we couldn't go in the play structure with our 2 year old daughter at all. Then we got yelled at for needing special socks on top of already buying a birthday package. After that we got yelled at for needing a bracelet on a 2 year old who obviously kept taking it off and we kept having to explain to teens who work there who can't even drive yet probably why my 2 year old won't keep on a paper bracelet. Finally, after being talked down to so much that our kids didn't even want to play on it anymore, a few other families showed up and went in the play structure just to also get yelled at, and I kid you not I thought the manager was grabbing a tape measure to check a little kids height the way he stormed over. Finally, we went over to use our 30 minutes of unlimited arcade time, and half of the machines were broken. We won't ever go back again, at the very least, to that location. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with that guy and save your kids from a wasted birthday party.

Lowest ticket payouts. I have been going to all the Valley Peter Piper's because of the summer pass and I can verify these folks are for sure the stingiest with the tickets. As an example, a very difficult game, where you have to swing the hammer down at exactly the right velocity, not to hard, not to soft, pays out 100 at the Thomas location, over here it is 25! It is like that across the board with all the games at this location, you get basically 1/4 of the tickets on the same games with the same skill level.

Im forever sorry to my daughter that we had her 5th birthday party here. Booked her party with 10 kids and 12 adults. When we got there there is a new jump play area installed that is never advertised anywhere online or on app. Area is not included in package and is an additional $10 PER KID! And $15 if your not having a party! So you want me to pay $200 more dollars on top of what I already paid so the kids ( who are now all in tears) can go into this little jump around area????? And they also have this ticket tornado thing that the birthday kid is supposed to be able to do. But I guess if you dont get the expensive top tier package you can't do that either. I asked if I could just pay to let her do it and they said it doesn't work like that. So again my 5 year old had to be told she wasn't allowed to participate in something at her own party. Half the games didn't work but still subtracted your points from your card. Please dont let your children have the worst birthday of their little lives like mine did by going here. Not worth the money and there is no help from staff (especially the manager tim) to make their day and better.

The fact you would put in this play structure then ask parents to pay $10 more a kid is appalling. I loved your guys company but this is horrific. You make kids cry and parents that can barely afford to come to begin with feel forced to pay for it. We used to come all the time. We won't until you include it or take it out.

Zucchini was perfect, but the portions have gotten tiny. Pizza was good, but very light on the pepperoni and not cooked all the way, rather doughy. But very tasty!
