It’s really 0 star rate but you have to rate to leave a review lol but it was terrible service was a 0 as soon as me and my daughter and sister walked in the hostess said “it’s always the one with the children” not knowing what he was talking about cause my daughter was not being loud. Then the food was not good but we still decided to pay for our meals instead of complaining we will not be returning as well never came out to ask if we needed anything had to get his attention multiple times for things we needed also the power shut off a couple times not sure why but whole restaurant went black and as we paid and declined to leave a tip cause we honestly felt we did not receive the respected service we would have liked he got upset and said “two people and you guys can’t leave a tip”.

Average, at best. The fried rice was bland and the shrimp in it was dry. The BBQ pork in the rolls was mostly fat and the dipping sauce looked like a curdled peanut sauce but had decent flavor. The garlic noodles I paid $7 extra to add to my rice were missing. This place didn't make a good first impression and I won't be back. The empty dining room I was greeted by upon pickup may have been an early tip.

This may sound inaccurate but I can assure you that it's not. Pho Cao has the absolute best chicken wings in the state. Yes. You're eyes are working perfectly 👌 I did say State! You gotta try em!

Sunday evening. Live music. Service dog-friendly. Best dive bar vibe, that is, unpretentious, clean tables and restrooms, diffused lighting, pool table, and flawless Vietnamese fare! Best pho we've had in a long time! And, if you prefer classic American Chinese dishes like fried rice, you'll get the best freshly prepared version. Recommend for any big city transplants that miss both that corner bar night out and the near endless variety of the best urban heterogeneity has to offer.

Great place, best pho and music, excellent ownership. Great bartenders and phenomenal mom and pop spot, very clean, great food. Check it out in the Phoenix Scottsdale area. Main bar tender, Dasha was excellent, great time.

Clearly one of the most unique Vietnamese restaurants one will ever find anywhere. Set up to be a bar with live music with some booths, it can be visually confusing at first. Not a place for those craving natural lights and windows while dining. And visiting during off peak hours probably does not do justice. That said, the food was solid, and service was quite good. It’s recommended for those seeking unique joints, and those who enjoy dining at dive bar-like atmosphere.
