Pita Jungle

The quality of the food and the expertise preparing the food has been steadily declining over the past couple of years at this restaurant. We had our last meal at this Pita Jungle last evening. The food was awful. I had the Wood-fired Chicken, one of their signature dishes. The chicken was dry and tough. The mashed potatoes were dry and pasty. The tomato sauce poured over the dish was lukewarm and tasteless. All the food was piled up on a plate in a way that was completely unappealing and unappetizing; just a stack of food. My grandson could have done a better job.

Pita Jungle used to be known for fresh and healthy food prepared to order and presented in an appetizing and appealing way; that isn’t the case anymore. The restaurant has gone full industrial on the ingredients and full-Denny’s on presentation. Clearly, the chain has lost sight of its roots and what differentiated it from the competition. There is nothing that differentiates this particular restaurant from the rest of the diner-quality fare served by dozens of other restaurants. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant’s fare.

I catered for a party of 20 people. I was given enough food for only 10 people. Very disappointing and misleading. The person taking the order suggested I add kafteh to the order and what I got was ground meat. When I called to complain, nothing was done and instead the manager simply thanked me for letting him know and said now he knows what to do for his next catering order. Interesting customer service.

Visiting a friend and her son selected this spot as a new restaurant for us to dine at, something we try to do when I visit. First time here and in food love???. Excellent service by Brandon he made it an amazing experience! Had the tiki masala and it was just as he said! Best of all the dishes I was trying to choose from and there were many delicious options. And shout out to the staff for my special request-seen in 1st pic. Can’t wait to come back for Happy Hour.

I am only speaking for to-go orders with this review. We have religiously placed orders from this Pita Jungle for years, and I am not quite sure what the problem is recently, but the food quality hasbeen terrible. Food hasn't been seasoned well, dry chicken, not following orders, etc. Maybe new management? IDK what is going on, but we've been sad and just can't order from here anymore. Please fix these simple quality control issues. We love PJ!

We live in the area so want them to do well but quality has really declined while prices increased. Last 4 times they have screwed up our order. I just don’t think they pay attention. Love the menu. Love the concept. Hope they can turn it around with service and food quality.

Food was very good (the pita was a little dry and hard). Service was top notch. The restaurant is gorgeous, albeit really loud inside. Overall we were happy we had lunch here.

I went to dinner on Friday and I had a table near the kitchen, it is unpleasant to be eating and listening to the cook scream, you could even hear the bathroom, the pizzas were burnt and the salmon was cold, very bad experience and I do not recommend it
