Pitch Scottsdale - Pizza Restaurant and Liquor Store

We chose Pitch to watch the World Series game and sit on the patio with our dog. Always a great menu and love their patio. On this particular visit, Clayton was our server and even though it was very crowded he did an Amazing job. Also loved it that the manger pitched in to help and check on every table in the restaurant! Customer service and pizza was outstanding!

We had delicious margaritas, the carrot ginger was my favorite! We had yummy pasta, sandwiches and a salad. I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu. We visited and had a great time!

My salad was excellent. Mike had to wait a very long time for his pizza, but it was delicious. Manager comped him to help make up for the delay.

Food was excellent. The beet salad and VIP Mac and Cheese were so delicious that I will be back to order this meal again! Liked the location, easy to park, not packed, and service was amazing!

Highly recommend! Delicious fresh food and drinks. Friendly and efficient staff. A wonderful way to celebrate Mother's Day with my sons. Thank you. 

Our server was very friendly but didn't check back other than after the initial check to see if our food was OK. We waited quite a while for our check and finally had to flag him down. The food was excellent and a very good value at happy hour. The only other thing that was bothersome was gnats flying around our food. We were inside but near the door to the patio. 

Terrible customer service, made me feel so uncomfortable and there was hair in my food last time and no one cared.

DISGUSTING SERVICE! Was kicked out of the patio by FORCE for having a SERVICE DOG. I tried to find another place to go to and the said I needed to stand 100 ft away from the building as they no longer allow service animals or any pets on the patio.

Burnt Overcooked Pizza. Had to ask 4 times for a beer that took 30 minutes to arrive. Servers had no knowledge of how to put a game on TVs. And to top it off they get u for a 3% service charge to use a Credit Card.

Food was just okay. Onion rings are awful, mushy and just weird. Drinks great but bar service very slow. Our server was as attentive as he could be but clearly hampered by bar and kitchen production. Not sure I'll be back. Pizza very good though!!

The food is fine and of course overpriced, the atmosphere is really enjoyable, but there is one person there (he seemed to be one of the managers, white guy, a little shorter) who had terrible customer service skills. I asked about a discount for an online order and he responded in a seriously condescending way with the most fake nice tone for absolutely no reason. It seemed like he was trying to get rid of me, a paying customer, without trying to come up with any solutions to at least explain what was going on. It was an enraging experience and he was the most unhelpful person I've encountered in a business in a long time. Pretty pathetic on his end so hopefully no one else encounters him. It was the only negative experience I've had at Pitch but it was enough to not want to do business there for a loooong time, if at all.

We live 2 blocks from here and so badly wanted it to be our local hang, but so sick of the dismal service over the past few tries. Just called them as I placed a DoorDash order to ask them to sub the pasta noodles and it was all too much for the hostess. Took her and a manager eight minutes to figure it out and then they copped an attitude saying, "next time call us BEFORE you order so we don't waste noodles." Pathetic.
