Always late on food either pick up or delivery. I stayed away for about 6 months now but I decided let's give them a try again have ordered maybe 3 times since then. Everytime its 15 to 25 mins late on making food then if I have it delivered its even longer due to them using doordash as the delivery system now. They add a delivery fee even though they dont deliver. Also the excuse they try to use is the system isn't accurate so if you order through the app its wrong. I called my order in as well and still late so makes no sense

I’m a fan of Pizza Hut and usually get it as a nice treat. I ordered delivery last night (via DoorDash) and while the hand-off was a little messed up, the pizza itself was hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. I called the store today to comment on my order, and Ashley helped me out. She was very professional, courteous, and made sure everything was taken care of. Because of her great customer service (and the quality of the food), I’ll definitely be coming back here!

August 27, had my son pick up a pizza that I expected to be generous and delicious. What he got was edible. Barely. Pizza Hut used to be a primary choice for takeout. The pork topping was always a better option to sausage. When I asked him to get the pie as an adjunct to groceries from Fry's, I gave specific instructions for the toppings, but it seems that the communication broke down. I wanted it to be essentially 4 items: 1- double cheese. 2- pork topping. 3- pineapple. Looking at the receipt, the double cheese didn't happen. It showed cheese, pork, pineapple. All tolled, the price was $13.33. Not too expensive, but not made as I asked for it. I don't know who failed in the order, whether my son didn't say double cheese, or he did and the person logging the order just heard cheese, not double cheese. The problem is that double cheese should NEVER need to be requested. The amount applied should be generous to begin with. The pork topping used to be applied generously, covering the whole pie. I only added pineapple for the benefit of my son's girlfriend, but she didn't feel well and didn't eat any. Personally, I like pineapple but I wouldn't put it on a pie if it was only for me. As the pie came to the house, it was sad looking, but I ate a few slices and kept the rest for today. The skimping on ingredients has caused me to probably opt out of Pizza Hut in the future. The company needs to realize that the crust is just the starting point. The toppings make it what it is. I'll wait for the next one to come from Spinato's. More expensive, but better quality is virtually guaranteed. Pay a little more and get much more, or pay less and get a virtual cheat. Shame on PH for declining.

Ashley is fantastic at this location. Our pizzas came out perfect. We do carry out and the last 2 times we’ve picked up here, its Ashley by herself getting it done. Girl deserves a raise!!!

I can't get my order I paid for through the number it had me call on the website and it just keeps transferring me to the store and I get disconnected and never get my issue resolved I have a hungry child and who was looking forward to pizza
