Gross. Frozen chicken nuggets tasted like they were thrown in a microwave. Ordered garlic parm..none of the sauce was actually on the wings, just collected in the bottom of the bowl. Pizza was paper thin and half done. All this b.s. for 45 dollars?! Go down the road to Barros for actual real food, not frozen garbage food.

First time i ordered Pizza Hut in 10 years. I’d give zero stars if i could. This pizza hut scammed me. Gave me the wrong pizza, overcharged me, and when i called them about it they said they credited my account through my phone number and i could cash in on the credit when i get home. I tried to cash in on my order here and when i called they said credits weren’t transferable and i was “SOL” …. Terrible business. Do not order pizza from here.

I had to wait more than 18:05 minutes to get help for paying my order. Looks like they need to train more people to perform every different job so they can get the customers out and served quickly.And also stop slacking around. There's good employees there that provide good customer service But have not get trained.Hope the owner or the site manager or whoever is in charge of training employees can see this. I guess it's important for the future of the business of this store.
The Big Box was very disappointing. The pizza was dry and light on cheese. The pasta was dry and light on sauce. The delivery driver did not even come to my door.

Never got my order. Says they are open till 1 but when I call it says they're closed. Online order said it would be here at 11:57pm order was placed at 11:27 pm. I will be calling for them to refund my money in the morning.
