The food is fine, but the service is terrible. They talk to you like you’re stupid. They lie to you and a lot of times when you order something they forget to put it in the order. For example, I have ordered delivery from them multiple times over the past year and every time I order the mini Cinnabon‘s with extra Cinnabon frosting, they sent me icing cups, not the extra frosting when I call them to ask them why they sent me icing instead of the Cinnabon frosting, which I ordered they tell me they don’t have it but that’s weird because my Cinnabon have frosting on them so why can’t I get more frosting and then I get told well we just forgot to give it to you but you remember to give me icing cups so it’s just them lying over and over. This is clearly just bad customer service. I recommend you only do carry out to make sure you get what you actually ordered if not, they won’t give you what you’re ordering or straight up lie to you.

I ordered on 3/2/2025. Personal pan, cinnamon sticks, cheese sticks and 3 extra sauces to bump the order to $25 for $5 off my delivery, prior to adding a tip. The Uber eats app said my order was $35 ( delivery with Uber eats was $2.95 )!!?? So, when the driver showed up with 2 personal pan boxes and 1 slightly larger box ( cheese sticks ), I asked him if he was sure everything was there & the bag was in a very tight knot. He said “ yes”, then said “ they said that was everything”. After getting inside & struggling to untie the knot, I saw my cinnamon sticks were missing! I text the driver, since he didn’t answer his phone, explaining I paid $35 for a personal pan pizza and cheese sticks. He called back and told me he would call the store and call me back to tell me what he finds out. I NEVER GOT A CALL. I called Pizza Hut 16 minutes before they were supposed to close, got a message that they were closed. I called 3 more times, same message! They skimped on the pepperoni & 2 other toppings. I took a picture. I NEVER ORDER OR EVEN EAT OUT, so I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, to say the least- I was laid off and this was such a horrible experience from BOTH UBER EATS AND PIZZA HUT IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ ( NOT THE ONE ON BELL RD ). I felt it necessary to let people know that I was ripped off $15, another $5, too. Since I didn’t get the $5 off! I paid double my order and ordered sauces for something I DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE!

I walked in to order a pizza and the blonde woman and man working on 12.6.24 at around 1:30pm, management can go ahead and check that since she was so rude I didn’t get her name. She rolled her eyes and actually huffed to come up to the counter from sitting to take our order and didn’t even greet us. She started with “Pick up?” and we said no, we would like to order. Then she stated that we could go online and order even though we were standing right in front of her ready. I started to tell her what I would like trying to ignore how unprofessional even for pizza hutt she was and again she rolled her eyes and actually huffed ! Like opening up the screen to place an order in person was an impossible task, making it incredibly obvious that she was annoyed and did not want to. I immediately canceled my order and said I did not like her attitude and definitely didn’t want someone like that handling something that I will be consuming with as little care and so much attitude from just taking an order. Management really needs to do a check on the employees here, especially with the horrible ratings this place already has. Definitely go somewhere else like Barro’s, NYPD, Grimaldi’s, Oregano’s, shoot even Little Caesars before wasting your money here.

It says online that they are open till 2 AM. I keep trying to call to place an order and it says that they are closed and it is only 1215.
Ordered $105 worth of food to be delivered to the resort we were staying at. Tracked the delivery with the Pizza Hut website. Driver never came to the resort and changed the status to delivered. Bellmen, front desk and even security camera proved the driver never came. Called the Pizza Hut in Scottsdale off greenway and spoke with a horrible manager named Matt who claims he could only refund $85 because they use door dash to deliver food. Absolutely no accountability on their end. I contacted door dash and they confirmed they refunded Pizza Hut but good old Matt claims he couldn’t give us the remaining $25. Matt was extremely uneducated about the policy and process of how their third party delivery service works. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
Poor customer service and the entire order was wrong. Stale old pizza and someone else’s breadsticks. 0/10

Not only does Pizza Hut keep the money for the delivery fee, but they also guaranteed a delivery time, and it was way later than promised. This information was not expressed prior to placing the order, Pizza Hut just outsourced! What are these companies doing? They have no consideration for the consumer or employees anymore!
