4 days ago I ordered a pizza at this place for lunch, I work at a nearby hotel. After 1 hour of not receiving my order, I contact the pizzeria and they tell me that my order was canceled because it was ordered from a Mexican phone, which due to company policies had to be ordered from a USA phone. This seemed RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY to me. I hope this review breaks my record of views of an opinion of mine about a service... my review 👇 That day my manager spoke to you explaining the situation and you still refused to provide the service. You said that if I wanted my pizza I had to place a new order with a US phone... I don't know why I did it, at that moment I would have told you to go to hell, but the hunger was strong. At the end of the day I received my pizza (38 dollars by the way) but my break time was over... that day you left me without eating. Imagine all the beautiful things I wish for you 😄🤨😐🙄

Ordered delivery. Such a lack of attention to anything, I mean at $26 for a lunch personal pizza box and a side of breadsticks, at minimum, need to be cooked all the way through, who wants a doughy pan pizza or breadsticks. No sauces which I paid $1 each for and not that it’s a lot to ask but napkins, crushed red peppers or parm cheese. Drop the price if you want to cut corners.

Just picked up a $25 order at Pizza Hut this afternoon. Everything was perfect and the customer service I received was also perfect! The cheese on the pizza was delicious. The toppings were perfect. The crust was exactly the way I expected it to be.

I don’t normally leave reviews for pizza, but this is the best Pizza Hut on the west of the Mississippi. The consistency is on point. It’s fresh and fast. It reminds me of the old days Pizza Hut with the all you can eat lunch buffets. that type of quality. love it.

I ordered two pizzas on Saturday was supposed to get a meatball topping and a pepperoni topping they're the five-dollar specials for the medium I got a call 10 minutes in the afternoon was in the bath and they kept on ringing and ringing and they said they don't have any meatballs so why are they take the order on the phone if I don't have to disappointed I called to speak to the manager and it didn't happen the pizzas that we got we're not even had tossed like they say they are they're frozen it's the worst tasting Pizza no flavor going to be grilled Chicken on one and the pepperoni other I finally got my money back and I don't recommend this place at all to go there ever and then tonight 10 minutes to 10:00 they said did you order a pizza I said no cuz I've got cancer he said he was the manager very rude and hung up didn't even care if you woke me up stay away from them through unprofessional and their food is terrible

Ordered 2 personal pans and it took almost 2 hrs to get it. Then the pizzas are cold. I get it's Friday maybe call ppl to let them know ot something.

this was by far the worst experience i have ever had with your company. i placed an order in at 430 pm for a pick up at 5pm. When i got the store location the board didn't even show my name at all nor did it indicate it being done and ready. I waited for over 35 additional minutes to receive my food later than promised. This is unheard of and unethical of your company. You take someones monies yet you don't provide a product at a promised time, i see this legally defined as false advertisement. I want a full refund to my card that was used to place this order i do not want any coupons period, it's simple full refund or I simply dispute the charge with my bank. The manager who worked that day has by the far thw worst management skills and people skills and for me being a customer standing in their lobby and hearing him cuss in unheard of. Going forward I will be using other companies such as Dominos where they provide better service and least legally adhere to pick up times
