This place is delicious and fresh! I've been to several poke places and some places don't use fresh ingredients. This place I can tell it's fresh, especially the salmon. I'm not too sure if I should be completely ecstatic about this place since it's next door to work or if I should be worried since I feel like I will be here everyday! Also, I believe it was the owner who recommended this soy sauce with the spicy mayo and I'm glad I took his advice because it was so good! Edit: I'm pretty sure this place is closed. I went two weeks ago from 8/22 and the doors are always locked and the place is empty.

I’m going to keep this review simple and honest. Tyler knows his stuff and is extremely helpful with the selection process. He was friendly and attentive to the point that he kept refilling our drinks and asking if he could get us more sauce. Mind you this isn’t a sit down restaurant but an order at the counter type business. The ahi tuna/ salmon that I had was fresh and nicely cut, no gristly pieces. All the toppings and sauces are fresh and tasty as they are supposedly made in house. Overall it was delicious and the service from Tyler made it that much better. We will be back! ?

Wow! I can't believe what an amazing experience I had with Poke Spot and the outstanding customer service from Brad and Tyler. I was trying to order delivery through Postmates but it was going to charge me $1.50 for each topping and the store doesn't do that. Grubhub and Door Dash don't deliver to my area. When I explained the situation, Brad personally volunteered to deliver the food on his day off. He spent 15 minutes with me on the phone double checking my order and address to make sure everything ran smoothly. I'm so glad to report that not only does Poke Spot have excellent poke, but customer service to match.

The first Time I visited the Poke Spot I would've given it a five star review and if this were my first time I'd probably give them 2 stars. I went there yesterday for takeout dinner and was very disappointed. The employee that helped us definitely appeared to not want to be there or go out of their way to be helpful at all when ordering. The scoops of poke given didn't even fill the scoop and were scraped from the bottom (is it too hard to run to back and get a fresh batch?). One scoop I had ordered was for Hawaiian Ahi and since there wasn't enough for 1 scoop employee filled it with regular Ahi and poured soy sauce over it?!? In addition, after I got home I discovered that the teriyaki sauce I ordered on the side was Soy sauce...after I put on my sons meal :-( I was very excited to go back here but now I'm not sure if I will. Please go back to the old service this spot once provided.
This place is very good. The fish is good quality and the service is always friendly. I have been here twice and I really enjoyed my poke. So glad this place is close to where I live.

He spends time with each and every customer, building them the best individual bowl for their taste preferences. You can tell this guy is passionate about what he does. To be honest, the food could be subpar and I would likely still come to support the business solely because the customer service is unlike most. Luckily though, the food is fantastic as well. Very fresh and fairly priced. After coming once, I decided Poke Spot deserves a place in my top five favorite Valley restaurants.
