Not sure why the staff decided to scrub the floor an hour before close and make me wait an extra 10-15 for food. That’s not serve safe and the staff should know that.

I usually love pokitrition but their other location is significantly better. This one has slow service so I can only come when I'm scheduled for extra long lunches.Today I barely got any fish in my burrito and it felt very soggy to the touch, so much so that it was falling apart from every side within 2 seconds. I had to eat most of it off of the paper it came in (like a flimsy bowl), but even that was getting soggy and falling apart.

Botched the order. Specifically avoiding chicken. And they give me chicken. Can't even call or reach out to anyone.However Ivan resolved the situation for me. As I happened to be in the area. He went out of his way and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!Not sure what happened. Haven't eaten here in a few weeks. But today's food of 3 meat meal is causing massive stomach pain. The only time I experienced anything like this was eating raw broccoli on my own. Stomach is in a lot of pain. Not sure what happened or what caused it.

I’ve been to the downtown location a few times. This location was a little less busy and the default is order by kiosk. The choices are a little different. They have a great view though!

I usually get their BBQ Chicken or Sushi Burrito because they're the best! but wanted to try the Chicken Katsu...it was not good unfortunately. Overcooked, dry, and crispy. Doesn't look anything like the pictures posted on their menu/

Ordered from uber eats because I had workers at my house today and the order was fresh and prepared with all the ingredients I requested! I also didn’t realize they had a location close to my house soI’ll be going there more frequently! Next to try to Hawaiian items!

Great Hawaiian BBQ. The bbq chicken was so soft and tender with enough sweetness. Ordered the plate!

I have loved going to Poketrition at each location and looked forward to stopping in for lunch while I was in town. I had the Spice-sea poke burrito (which is basically a large musubi stuffed full of seafood and veggies). It came with a great mix of spicy crab and tuna plus salmon with jalapenos, cabbage, crunchy won ton strips, and rice. I am sure there is more in it I am missing, but it all came together so well I couldn't remember all that was in it. Wonderful lunch.

Love the design of this place. So comfortable and open when you walk in. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help when I walked in. There was an easy self explanatory self order station there, so I told them I was good. They have many menu options - cooked or raw food. I can easily bring any type of friend here and they will be able to choose something out of the menu. I ordered my favorite - sushi burrito and chose my own toppings and sauce. Although it was busy when I went in, my food came out fast.My friend ordered the chicken plate and loved it. I tried her food and I really enjoyed it as well. I could come here for lunch everyday since they have many options on their menu.

We visited Arizona from Canada in November and randomly stopped in this place. it’s so good! We ended up ordering it a few times while we were out there. Wish we had something like this back home. We miss it and will definitely be back!

I had trained here as a new hire here for maybe two days. Worst "training" experience of my life. There was no training program, no handbook, and the "Manager" Courtney had no idea how to even put a rice machine together. While being "trained" on how to roll the sushi burritos,She told me to" roll it like a blunt". Wasn't surprising that she smelled horribly of marijuana. The other manager who was actually only 3 days new luckily was a professional chef and was their only saving grace. Now the owner has blocked me after i have voiced these complaints. Gonna be filing a wage claim against this company now as i still haven't been paid after almost two weeks of being told,"we will mail you a check to your home". Who even does that? why couldn't it be done electronically how i elected in the first place, to be paid to my bank, as i gave my routing and account information to them. Do NOT trust this company with anything.

I couldn't find anything that looked like Hawaiian style poke. Pork katsu was good.
