I paid in advance for these, last year and we are now about to use the tickets and come to find out it is no longer open. Do I get a refund?
Loved it . Was nice. Drinks were overpriced. Would recommend wearing socks lol
Was a really cool place to come to. Fun games and they provide big fuzzy coats!
Fun. They offer a warm coat. And very cozy with fireplace and food and drinks
Walked in and it’s literally a dark Freezing room with some colored lights. There’s nothing to do in there. Super pathetic and nothing is even made of ice, it’s all plastic and it looks like ice. I couldn’t believe people have the audacity to make other pay for something like this.
So amazing. We had the best time. Jennifer and jamie gave us the absolut best service. Higly recommened
We have been to a few "Ice Bars" and saw that Groupon had an offer so we decided to go during our trip to Arizona. Although the room was cold, it really wasn't a True Ice Bar. The colors in the room were a nice touch. There are a few games you can play while there. Unless you get a great deal, don't waste your money
Polar Play Ice Bar was really cold
We generally have found anything on Groupon worth while but the Polar Play birthday offer intrigued us. As you know Maricopa County is not fit for sane people in the summer this was an amazing break from the inhumane heat of August. Most of our party didnt even wear coats in the ice room it was so refreshing. The room for the party was rustic and fun. This was a truly memorable birthday part and we look forward to traveling to the valley to do it again.
Icy checkers, shuffleboard, cornhole. Icy tables and chairs. Nice novelty idea. For us, little pricey and only lasted 15 minutes. Nice area to sit at after. Good thing to try, once.

First surprise: the kids wanted fur coats instead of snow jackets, so it was an additional $18.62 for three people. Next, we bought vouchers on Groupon, but found out when we arrived that it would have been cheaper to use our aquarium membership discount. The kids were bored after five minutes. Other than escaping the blistering heat and getting some cool pictures, it was pretty boring. We left fairly quickly. They were also understaffed, so check-in took a long time (as in we all just stood around in the lobby waiting for someone, anyone, to come to the counter). Lastly, I did not like how an employee spoke to my daughter. She snapped at her because she thought the coat was dragging on the ground. It wasn’t. Which I pointed out. She didn’t bother to apologize. Thumbs down.
Friendliest faces and delicious tap-beer.Reboots your body and you leave feeling invigorated!! How long can YOU stay in, without a coat? I lasted 7 minutes with shorts and a tee shirt , but I think I can do 10.
Very nice place loved the ice corn hole game nice break from the weather excellent drinks
Absolute disappointment. Nothing like advertised. Small room with nothing to do. Manager Anthony was completely rude and on drugs when I asked for a refund literally a moment after opening the door to see inside he was like sorry no refunds. $32 wasted. If you value your money don’t come here.
A fun place to cool off when it’s hot out.. friendly staff
