On December 20 2024 I place and paid for my lunch as I have done many times before. I arrived at the restaurant and waited patiently in line. When I got to the counter I was rudely told that I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because there were too many people in line. I waited 10 minutes while people behind me got their food. I attempted to call customer service but the best I could get was a chat with AI. Later I got an email with a half hearted apology. No one bothered to follow up with a phone call. I doubt that the employee was even spoken to. They don't care about customer service.

Ordered in drive-thru at 11:45am right before lunch hour. Everything was cold and instead of classic chicken they gave me spicy. The entire meal was terrible.

Okay, my experience here was an absolute nightmare. I went through drive thru about 730pm last night, for starters NO ONE was in the drive thru or in line at the counter during my entire transaction. I ordered the combo 4, 2Pc regular with a frozen strawberry drink, a side of mash and fries. The gentleman without even greeting me, "Give me a minute." Why? there was no greeting I just pulled up and was met with attitude, nce I place my order after repeating it to the cashier 4 times and then got snapped , because the drink I requested , no need to so zesty about it sir) after getting to the window and paying for my meal, I was shortly met with an aggressive mexican woman who had nothing but negativity spewing from her mouth calling me a liar that I didnt pay, refusing to give me the food I paid for then having to go so far to prove to them that I had them go and check camera only to be met again with more disgust that I was told I never paid and that the reciept that was JUST GIVEN TO ME they say shows I was there half an hour ago, which if they would have looked on cameras like they said they did they would have seen I hadnt been there all day. The food I was given was nasty the mash was completely salty, the fries staturated in salt and harder than a rock and MY CHICKEN WAS RAW Pink right in the middle of my chicken, I would have taken a picture but my husband threw it away while I threw up. Worst service, worst customer caren absolute worst morals and care about anyone that goes here.

Popeyes! What has happened to you? Shrimp was cold. Had to ask her to redo it. No spicy available so had to go with plain. It's 4:45. You'd think they'd have enough for dinner. And coke has very little carbonation. This is the second Popeyes in a month that has been horrible. What happened?

Service has been getting consistently worse, but it's the closest to my job so I'd go occasionally for lunch. Today I went, 2 cars in front of me, took them about 7 minutes for the 2 of them, when I pulled up to the speaker the guy told me "Gimme a minute" waited for 10 minutes with no response, even when I asked hello at the speaker several times. Next time I'll go to the one further away if I want a chicken sandwich and I forgot to pack lunch.
