Food is good. No napkins anywhere. Went to ask for some and was ignored by 7 workers. Went to bathroom and got paper towels at least. Not great customer service. Once you pay, that is as much as they want to deal with you.

Chicken sandwich was very small, much smaller than competitors. The taste was ok, but the extra thick pickle slicea over powered the very small chicken breast. Drive thru service was slow, I waited for almost 10 minutes even though there was no one in front of me. The fries were good, well spiced.

I've never ever been to a restaurant when you have to ask for napkins when you eat there... their complain when I brought it up to management... is people often take too many. That logic makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.I then asked... for that was the same issues with toilet paper would you then stop potting toilet paper in the bathroom... the answers.... not at all.My point exactly.Total failure on SCOTTSDALE Popeyes. This is Scottsdale, really Popeyes.... this is what we are doing.

Came inside to order takeout. We got the 12 pc tenders meal and the already made ones were small so they made a fresh batch for us. The cashier was really friendly and they made the food fast. So hot and tasty!! Love this chicken!

Only 2 ppl in front of me. Order sandwich only. Was not handed receipt, no thank you, nothing. I error waiting and watched 3 ppl get served whom ordered after me. A customer also waiting asked in frustration, only then the manager explained that the sandwiches were being cooked. Middle of lunch time none ready as usual? No mention of a wait, no apology for the wait. Once I was given my food I was asked for receipt to prove it was June I explained I was never given a receipt nor did anyone thank me for my order, the manager gave me a dirty look and on my way out the cashier tried to tell something at me, I just said thank you have a nice day!This was in 40 years the worst customer service at a Popeyes I’ve ever received.
