Food and drinks are good. The only thing that pissed me off is they my waitress was dressed. (Dressed like a homeless) I was so uncomfortable giving her my order! I don’t know how management lets their employees dress like they’re asking for food not serving food!

Ok. I’ve lived in Phoenix for 8 yrs. I haven’t visited postinos because let’s be honest, the menu doesn’t match the pricing. What I mean by that is that to serve quality product in regards to their menu offerings doesn’t match. But, I got convinced to go tonight. I ordered a bottle, couple of boards, and something for the kid. Garbage. Wine wasn’t bad, but by god, utilize the IR list and offer better product at higher margin. The table board was a wasted order. Bottom of the barrel product. The bruschetta was weak at best. Me and my wife, 200 dollars, no balance, no salt, no attention. If you want a quality version of this brand go to pa’la for happy hour and order the whole menu, it’ll cost less

We went on monday night and had 1 bottle of wine with board ... potato wedges... hazelnut bar.. espresso martini and Stella and it turned out to be 168 dollars ... our server which respectfully was horrible ... charged us completely wrong and added a 33 tip for him self ... INSANE .. moral
Of the story was our service sucked our server was not attentive at all we had to go up to the bartender for help ... we got charged wrong and asked to speak to the manager but he was all rude , cocky , arrogant and not even helpful / not apologetic .. then why even work there tbh ...

From Michigan.. visting... was little disappointed in the menu , as it is fairly simple...but not. This isnt a place where picky eaters will like.... that being said my meal was great. I had a chicken and mozzarella panini and it was great...

We always enjoy Postino, especially this location. However today the avocado toast was a fail. Barely a shmear of avocado on two tiny slices of toast. Tasted good but quantity and presentation were not good.

I was in for a casual lunch with a friend today (1.14.25 & left @12:52pm). Upon leaving the table after a wonderful lunch (all be it messy sandwich) I decided it was best to wash my hands before going shopping at Kierland. When I went to wash my hands there was NO soap in the women's restroom. My friend went to tell the front desk and was told they were aware, I then went to the same front desk and told them there was no soap and it needed to be refilled immediately. After waiting 7-10 minutes a wonderful young lady went to look for the refill bottle to supply the empty soap dispenser as I stood at the front desk, she had a difficult time finding the bottle. Once found in the closet at the end of the restroom hallway she filled the bone dry dispenser under the sink. This bottle being in this bone dry state makes me wonder how the staff washed up, (there was a male cook that came down the hallway and went into the men's restroom), if the female staff have no soap to wash with after using the restroom that is a horrible situation for customers. Isn't it possible for someone to check or service the restroom facilities a few times a day for sanitary issues like this?

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables are very close together and make it difficult for someone in a wheelchair to get to a table without having to have other customers stand up & move their chairs.

Our experience at Postino started off on a bad foot. They did not have our reservation and actually fought us on its existence. After showing them our confirmation, they apologized and quickly threw a few tables together. Because of this, they gave us a few complimentary appetizers which was nice. They were good, the mushroom fondue and cauliflower were most memorable.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was, I hate to say it, kind of bitchy. But the group I was with liked it. The low lighting was nice and intimate.

We got the Chefs Charcuterie board. It was well put together and the ingredients were quality. There was a great ratio of dippable items to dipping items. The flavors in the board complimented eachother well. The chefs choice of cheese didn’t particularly blow me away.

Other than the reservation, the service was great.

I give postino a 3/5 stars, it’s a typical corporate feeling hip restaurant with good food. I would say it’s perfect for a date. Losing the reservation shows a lack of professionalism, but giving complimentary appetizers was a great move that definitely moved them up a star.

Do not order anything from a delivery service from this Postinos. They have failed to give the drivers the full order 3 times in a row over a 1 month span. Dont wate your time unless you are ok with 1/3 rd of your order and no help from the restaurant

I ordered the tuna mediterranian panini. Very fresh but think they forgot the tuna!! A thin smear of tuna, vety disappointing for the price.

After a trip where we felt like having a nice dinner with babies was impossible, Carter and the staff at Postino made us feel special. We got right in and were served quickly. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

JOHN IS THE BEST!!! We had another server that was struggling and he came in and made our night! I have an allergy and one of the dishes came out with nuts on it but he came over and fix it so fast! He was so bubbly and made the mood so much better. If you go ask to be in John’s section!

Overall not bad...not great. Only went because every other place was packed with hour long waits.
