LOVE their food! Great location and staff. Parking is a bit tough, but that's to be expected.

We have eatin there before the food is fine. But at this same location My fiancé came to pick up a door dash today. He walked in and didn’t see the shelf with the pick up orders on it so he politely asked for help. After he was pointed in the right direction one of the employees started talking shit. “Yeah big yellow sign big yellow sign” that you can’t see from when you walk in from the front door might I add.

The female was helpful but not the male employee

I’m visually impaired and wouldn’t wanna feel like a burden to employees when asking for help. What a let down :(

Just had a horrible delivery from here. Got the “Wreck” sandwich which looks like in the picture like it has everything but the kitchen sink. Not this time, I got two pieces of bread with a hint of meat. Pathetic! What happened Potbelly?!?! Also got the chicken pot pie soup. Awful. What a waste.

I Tried to get my order, the guy makes me go all over the store, and tells me to leave when I’m frustrated.

First time trying and did not disappoint.

Absolutely loved it! I went in with a coupon, I was helped by Lindsey and Jacob! They were so friendly and easy to talk to and I’m grateful I was helped by them! Delicious chicken club sandwich and 10/10 recommend this place!

I Like their sandwiches, but I wish potbelly would put more meat on their sandwiches. I don’t feel like I should have to pay extra for more than one small thinly sliced meat.

Careful, the employees here will ring you up incorrectly and harass you through the store when they realize they made a mistake. How embarrassing.

Awful lunch experience waiting 15 to 20 extra minutes past the time I was told my pick up would be ready they hadn't even started it by the quoted time just poor management and employees at this location

I went in to buy just the bread without meat just the toppings & she say we can’t sale it like that & I’m like what it change from the day before she couldn’t explain I will never go Bk in there again for the simple fact what changes from the day before & now & she couldn’t tell me. My twins love pot belly they don’t eat meat so this have been helpful for u a for almost 8 months I’ve been going here & for her to tell me she will have to charge us as if we was purchasing a sandwich with meat on it & it will be $9 dollars just for some lettuce I’ll start making em @ home my twins where so disappointed ??‍♀️?
