Just had an awesome take out experience here. My awesome looking sandwich was made with two huge smiles and friendly faces <3 Sunday night 7/13, those two work great together and they deserve a little bonus I think. They made my night and definitely coming back again

I really wish Potbelly would open up a few locations in Colorado Springs.

Ordered online for pick up and when I picked up the sandwiches and returned to work they were completely the wrong order. I called to remedy the situation and had to call 7 times to get someone to pick up during a 4 hour time span. When I explained the incorrect order I was told they would issue a refund very quickly without details on the phone and then dismissed. The refund was never issued.

We have eatin there before the food is fine. But at this same location My fiancé came to pick up a door dash today. He walked in and didn’t see the shelf with the pick up orders on it so he politely asked for help. After he was pointed in the right direction one of the employees started talking shit. “Yeah big yellow sign big yellow sign” that you can’t see from when you walk in from the front door might I add.

The female was helpful but not the male employee

I’m visually impaired and wouldn’t wanna feel like a burden to employees when asking for help. What a let down :(

Just had a horrible delivery from here. Got the “Wreck” sandwich which looks like in the picture like it has everything but the kitchen sink. Not this time, I got two pieces of bread with a hint of meat. Pathetic! What happened Potbelly?!?! Also got the chicken pot pie soup. Awful. What a waste.

I Tried to get my order, the guy makes me go all over the store, and tells me to leave when I’m frustrated.

First time trying and did not disappoint.

Absolutely loved it! I went in with a coupon, I was helped by Lindsey and Jacob! They were so friendly and easy to talk to and I’m grateful I was helped by them! Delicious chicken club sandwich and 10/10 recommend this place!

I Like their sandwiches, but I wish potbelly would put more meat on their sandwiches. I don’t feel like I should have to pay extra for more than one small thinly sliced meat.

Careful, the employees here will ring you up incorrectly and harass you through the store when they realize they made a mistake. How embarrassing.

Awful lunch experience waiting 15 to 20 extra minutes past the time I was told my pick up would be ready they hadn't even started it by the quoted time just poor management and employees at this location
