Outstanding exemplary service menu selection was extensive knowledge of celiac issues with a friend they addressed with expertise the breakfast and dinner we had there were both exceptional and we would happily return!

The restaurant is very nice and the service ok. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD. THIS CAN NOT BE CALLED A SPANISH RESTAURANT. Absolutely nothing but the WINE was authentic. Only the wine was GOOD , they have a great selection of Spanish Wine , No beer thou. The food , the dessert not good at all. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time . This is NOT Spanish food . I had been in Spain many times for many years and I had been able to tried Authentic Restaurant food and also Authentic Home made food , delicious by the way . This is not even close at all . I'd also like to mention that the manager in charge last night ( Sat Oct 18) came to talk to us withOUT our request to ask us how the food was, which is nice , well I asked him if he wanted a honest opinion , he said YES. Well after hearing me he did absolutely nothing to make us go unsatisfied or disappointed or even with the slight chance of giving his restaurant a second chance . WOW . Thank you .

The service was absolutely excellent and our server olivero was took amazing care of us. The blonde hostess (forgot her name) was super understanding of our requests to move from outside to inside and everyone was so amazing.

Our recent dinner was very good experience. The restaurant's staff made our dinner notable. They were very accommodating to all of our requests and fulfilled these requests promptly and efficiently. Jonathan treated us undo respect and made our dinner unforgettable. We look forward to a return visit in the near future with different guests.

Our server Javier was great!! Highly recommend him!! Food was average. Brussels were uncooked.

At the risk of sounding like a Karen, somebody has got to start holding some of these servers accountable - you don’t get a 20% tip for doing 20% of the work. I will say however, that we observed other servers providing other guests with a far better experience than ours, so I’m hoping this guy is just the outlier.

This is a higher end restaurant with prices to match, but I’ve met more qualified and engaging wait staff at Waffle House. I honestly don’t even know where to start with this guy, because not a single interaction with him felt like a normal exchange between a guest and a server. This guy sort of just ‘showed up’ like he wasn't quite sure what’s supposed to happen next. He was friendly enough, but he did not offer any form of introduction, guidance with the menu, or structure for the overall experience - just a “can I get something for you?” - uhhhh yeah I guess??? The pacing was bizarre, and he was unable to answer simple questions about the menu, or offer an original thought on wine - just a quick escape to bring me a single sample. I’d love to leave a good review because the food was actually really good and I’d genuinely go back for it even though the short rib was cold, and the Caesar would be better off with romaine or baby gem. And my god, please bring share plates larger than the size of a fist.

I’m sure management knows who I’m talking about, because I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s complained, so I’m sure he’ll keep on keeping on.

Our waiter Cade was so helpful and made outstanding recommendations. The meatballs were amazing, the paella was outstanding, and the bread pudding dessert was the perfect way to finish a fabulous meal.

Everything we had was excellent. We had brunch, breakfast, and had tapas at Mbar as well. The crispy Brussels sprouts were excellent! For brunch, I had the smoked salmon and bagel plate. Delicious. And the service was very good, also.

This was our 2nd and LAST Brunch at Prado. Last week we very much enjoyed freshly prepared omelets. Yesterday we tried the Prado Tortilla. It arrived lukewarm, the potatoes only partially cooked. It had been premade or thawed out with a brief zap in the microwave. WORST BRUNCH WE EVER HAD IN THE VALLEY.

The restaurant was nice, however the smoke pit was out of service and all you could smell was smoke. The serving staff was good, but the wrong dishes kept being brought to our table. Food flavor was good, value was not the best. For instance, the shrimp appetizer only came with three shrimp and was $22, which is a little steep considering they weren't the biggest shrimp

This was our fourth time visiting and it was just as fabulous as every other time we've been. The service is always amazing, the wine selection is great, and the food is consistently wonderful. I highly recommend the carniceros paella - our go-to every time!

We came here for brunch and were pretty disappointed. The staff was very friendly but apart from that, everything else felt very mediocre and not living up to the expectations. Got iced coffee that was very diluted. The peach cocktail was very sweet and unclear whether there was any alcohol in it and definitely did not justify the $16 price tag. The food presentation was decent but the taste and quality were not memorable. In addition, we got a high chair that had old food on it. Would not be coming here for breakfast/ brunch again.
