Dined here for breakfast. Service by Jodi was outstanding, and the food was delicious. Can't recall the name of the dish but it included sweet potatoes, chicken sausage, and eggs. A fine meal!

The food was incredible as well as the service. Our server Ismael went above and beyond to make sure we had a very pleasant experience. Plus the Omni offers such a great ambiance. It is like being in Spain, but in the middle of Phoenix. If you need a out city type experience, you cannot go wrong with the Prado and the Omni.

Having the Christmas eve dinner with my daughter. For the occasion and price, did they forget the table cloth?!? Let’s see what the food is like… Food was ok. Steak… NY Strip apparently, but huge fat portions, which is unusual for NY Strip and they were tougher than the NY Strips I’ve had in the past. Just my experience. Me and my daughter’s review: we much prefer BJ’s Brewhouse ribeye steak over this one. Great experience for me to not do this ever again.

Prada was excellent at all levels. A very romantic atmosphere complete with a wonderfully talented Spanish guitar player. We had the Caesar salad with anchovies to start. The anchovies were perfection! I had the scallops, my husband had the short ribs as recommended by our server and both dishes made us swoon with each bite. The whole dining experience was beyond compare. A true 5- star experience!!!

We sat outside and had a wonderful experience. Service was great. In fact, the kitchen was so prompt with our appetizers that we actually slowed down our ordering. Our server understood and without us saying anything he simply checked in to ask when we were ready to order - entree, drinks, dessert. Our only, and minor criticism, is two of our food items were a tad too salty for our liking. Purely personal presence. Otherwise the food we had was outstanding. The bread appetizer and the calamari app were actually light and not heavy, which we appreciated.

We are staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and had dinner at Prado. This place was amazing from start to finish. We sat on the outdoor patio next to the fire and the atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Our server was so kind, very attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We ordered the calamari and the bread for starters and both were incredible. For dinner I had the braised short ribs and they were my favorite. They were so tender and full of flavor. The sea bass was also very good. The sweetest part of the night was when our server surprised us with a little dessert to celebrate our one year first date anniversary. It was adorable and it honestly made our stay feel even more special. If we stay at the Omni again we will absolutely come back to Prado for another dinner. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

Our server, Cade, was outstanding, warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful in explaining the menu. He made us feel so well cared for and went out of his way to accommodate our preferences.
As someone who appreciates creative plant-based dining, I was so impressed by the vegan entrée options. You can tell a lot of care and intention went into crafting them, and they weren’t an afterthought like at so many fine dining spots. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. Highly recommend!

The food was very well prepared ... I had the Seafood Paella and my wife had the Spanish sea bass. Ambience was great including the resort and surrounding area. Service was spot on. About the only negative was that for some reason they did not have our reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded so all was well. Definitely highly recommend you make it out to Prado.

The paellas both didn't have the soccarat. Still tasted great but that crispy deliciousness of the soccarat brings texture and flavor that makes it a paella that I wish we received. Decor is beautiful, live music playing and too loud inside. Sat on the patio and it was just right.

I live in North Phoenix and drive down for breakfast on the weekends. Magnificent view of Camelback mountain from the restaurant patio. The service (Carmen) is amazing - the best service I've ever enjoyed. For breakfast my favorite is the huevos rancheros.
