High quality coffee

Nice place - tables actually are not too close (nice!). Food/drinks are typical.
But wow - they canNOT get their service figured out! Nonstop confusion on orders. Half-orders, forgotten orders, etc. I stood by (yeah, they botched my order) and watched at least 50% of the customers get frustrated or confused. The distance from ordering to pickup is barely 10 feet and they use a modern Point of Sale system... but they still cannot figure out how to get from an order to a fulfilled order. Ridiculous. It would have been faster for me to go buy a kettle and the coffee/tea I wanted and make my own (hahahaha)

Bomb mocha, decent workers, cool vibe, I am not knowledgeable and I was on the phone (so rude) but the guys were nice! And the coffee was simple and delicious like I wanted. So BAM

get the shaken matcha drink if you like to drink unwhisked clumps of matcha. the guy working the register when i stopped in around 1pm on 8/5/25 was unfriendly.

The coffee is world class. Service is touch and go, depending on who you get. Atmosphere is a bit irritating with people treating it like their office. I wish it had a coffee shop vibe because the coffee is superb…

Best coffee I have had in Scottsdale in a long time. They make a dirty chai to perfection. The staff seem to be in a perpetual good mood.

Deducting one star just because store ambiance could be improved, but overall not bad.

Raspberry shortbread is great. Espresso is too acid for my taste. When I asked what coffee beans were used in espresso I was told to go read the label on the package on the shelf. They have a big map showing where different coffies come from. The coffee package had no info on what coffees were used in it. I felt like just another anonymous sale. Not likely to come back.
