It was VERY cold in the restaurant. Many of the ladies wore their coats during dinner. Supposedly there was an HVAC problem, but it was warming outside than inside! Why not just shut the HVAC off?

First time here and it was phenomenal. Veda was amazing. We went for our 10 year anniversary and everything about the experience was perfect. We will be back for sure. Had the Calamari and the light batter with the baby corn was so good. The French onion soup was so flavorful too. We had the prime rib and the rib eye. The prime rib has to be one of the best I've ever had.

The steak and service was excellent. I was so impressed with how Preston’s handled my table request and also noted our birthdays. Kudos to them. Many restaurants don’t bother to check the special requests. It made for an extra special dinner experience for us!!

Our family of six ate at Preston’s last night. Jerry our sever was incredible, and the food was truly outstanding. We had a couple hiccups along the way (slow kitchen and some water spilled near us), but Jerry and the GM handled everything with the highest level of professionalism. We’ll certainly be back in the future.

We had a great time and enjoyed the food and overall experience. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed with workload creating wait time in the evening, but everyone was nice and fun. We'll be back!

We really enjoyed every aspect of our meal. The food was amazing and the service was spot on. Every staff member we engaged with was polite and pleasant without overdoing it. The New York Strip was wonderfully tasty and tender. The wedge salad was spot on. All the sides, Artisan Mac-N-Chees, Au Gratin Potatoes, and the Brussels Sprouts, were delicious. The Butter Cake Dessert was the surprise of the night. A+
