Had 7pm reservation for 2 and didn't get seated until 730, Hostess staff seemed very overwhelmed and chaotic. Our server was not attentive and disappeared for a long time. We didn't have our dessert brought to us timely and decided to take it to go. The overall experience was poor service, but food was good.

Took us an hr to get seated even tho I booked the reservation over a month in advance just not a good experience

I tend not to leave bad reviews but I will never recommend this place to anyone. Reservation was at 6:15 PM and were seated at 7:00 PM. Waitress was moody, drinks took forever and were all bland when they got to the table. Food was tasteless. Overall a bad and expensive experience.

Absolutely flawless experience. Food was incredible. Service was perfect. A top 5 dining experience!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. We absolutely loved everything. From the bread with dipping sauces, calamari that was cooked perfectly to our delicious entree of scallops and risotto. Quite expensive but was worth it for a special occasion.

Love Giadas in Vegas but this one fell short. Appies arrived before cocktails, food was very good but hubs main course was lukewarm at best, never saw the server once the meals were dropped. Expensive and expected more. Wanted to love it but didn't.

The food is amazing. We ordered the seafood tower and could have used two more as it is the best value.

The food is absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects! The ambiance was very festive - the Christmas decorations outstanding! Had a fabulous time! Ask for Cherise! She was awesome!

We enjoyed a delicious meal, professionally served by Melanie & her helper. My husband ordered a special and it would have been nice if we were apprised of the price of the special .

Overall, we enjoy coming back here. This is probably our 4th and we've tried a lot of different things. They change the menu up and the new tuna appetizer is amazing. We also loved the salmon and got 2 pastas. The bucatini sauce is a little lackluster but the nodi is really flavorful. Service is amazing here too, the dining room is nice and spacious.

Luna is amazing! The food and staff are exceptional, especially Kendall and Paul! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The food at Luna was delicious and artfully displayed. The atmosphere was fun and festive but still elegant. Loved the giant pepper grinder! Our server Kendall was very attentive, but not intrusive. She was very helpful when we had wine issues. The downsides were the food was quite pricey (only 2 scallops in the dinner entre for $49) and we had issues getting the correct wine. I ordered a red Bordeaux blend and the wine that was brought out was not the right one. My server actually pointed it out initially. The bar manager came out and said that it was the correct wine but didn't give me the bottle. Since he insisted it was correct, I accepted it and he opened it. Once I was able to look at the bottle, it was clearly not the right bottle. It was the correct winery but chianti and not a Bordeaux blend with a significant difference in price. The server agreed and sent the wine bottle back. The beverage manager came out again and said he had something similar he would offer. He said it was a similar blend and again did not let me look at the bottle. Once able to see the bottle, it was not a Bordeaux blend or even a blend at all! It was old vines zin. It wasn't anything close to a red Bordeaux blend although there were several Bordeaux blends on their list at a similar price point. I talked to our server again, and she agreed that it was nowhere close to what I had ordered and suggested that I pick something else off the list which is what should've happened in the first place. Thus, on the third try and after all the food was eaten, finally got an appropriate bottle of wine. Kendall our server was great through all of this and discounted our meal 10% due to all of the craziness, I would say the beverage manager needs some additional training. He knew wine words and acted like he knew what he was talking about, but he clearly did not know wine. Big fail.

The BV wine dinner was delicious. Excellent staff at all levels. Food items came out at proper temps which is difficult when there are 75 guests! All in all, one of the best wine events we've ever attended - and we go to many!

There was a table across from us who were associated with the vineyard. Felt that we did not get the service for what we paid. The servers seemed to be more concerned with that table instead of the customers who paid for the experience. The two first courses were great. The main course was okay. Not impressed with the pasta. The dessert felt like I was eating pudding not tiramisu. I doubt I would pay for this experience again.
