Came to sit outside and watch the sunset. It was a beautiful evening and the patio heaters made it most comfortable. The food was delicious, and Shareen, our server, was excellent.
The burger was average. The short rib grilled cheese was good, but not great for the cost.
The service and food was great but the restaurant was empty and there was no energy. We ended up eating outside which was nice.
We ate here twice during our stay at the Ritz Carlton. Brunch was very good - good variety and good food. Dinner was okay, but the menu is really limited and no seafood - disappointing.
I love the chicken salad wrap. The drinks are very good and the outdoor patio is very nice.

This establishment offers a solid dining experience befitting its location within the Four Seasons resort. The service is consistent, the ambiance matches the relaxed Arizona setting, and the cocktails are well crafted. While the trout lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for, it was outshined by the richly prepared beef short rib (though pescatarians should take note). The truffle fries were also a standout—savory, well-seasoned, and worth ordering.

We are regular at Proof and every time we have really nice experience. This time we had Lisa as our server and she was great, the special (ribeye steak) was fantastic too. Unfortunately they change the recipe for the burger (now they have onion ring instead of the crispy one) I hope they will go back to the original one. Other than this small thing I strongly recommend Proof if you want to spend a relaxing, informal night with your friends.

Disappointing food for a Four Seasons and weird outdoor chairs and tables where the chairs were too high for the tables. Also could not move the Sunbrella because its wheels were broken.

Dinner at Proof was the kick off of our winter in Scottsdale. Another outstanding dining experience there. Beautiful setting - a stunning sunset behind scenic Pinnacle Peak. Excellent food and wine offerings in a relaxed environment. Friendly and attentive service. Our favorite casual dining place in Scottsdale.
This place is magical! The Four Seasons Scottsdale is one of the most beautiful properties in town and this restaurant is very nice. I just think they need more staff in order to accommodate not only the hotel guests but also the walkings.
Enjoyed dinner at Proof. Not a huge menu but some good standards. Prices on the high end- $36 burger..... attentive friendly service. Highly recommend the pretzel knots!
Excellent restaurant from top to bottom - great service, local tap beer and amazing view. Glazed salmon cooked to perfection and the cinnamon sticky buns were to die for!
