After a wonderful brunch experience last week, we decided to go back again this Sunday and consider making it our neighborhood weekly place for a happy splurge. I don't know what happened but it was disappointing. First sour hostess then mediocre service and food . Expected the high prices and were willing to pay based on ambience / view and friendly good service prior week. Loved my $34 continental breakfast last week but no longer available so had to do ala carte and cost for same would be now $48 —- crazy ! Then croissant delivered cold without butter or jams and waited 5 minutes for sweetener for lukewarm latte . My husband just didn't like his yogurt entree as not sweet yogurt which he thought server explained he was getting . ( maybe we just misunderstood ) Server not seen after she took order but thankfully food runner was upbeat and quick with our needs. Not what I expected at a Four Seasons property.
Experience didn't live up to previous. App never delivered, got wrong wine, food cold, servers inexperienced. Will give it another shot but next time, burgers and beer only.
Proof is perfectly situated amid gorgeous landscaping and stunning vistas. Sit outside to get the full nature experience. The craft cocktails and food are excellent! Perfectly prepared and cooked scallops and the biggest chunks of succulent lobster I've ever seen in lobster mac and cheese. It's casual, comfortable, and inviting. The service is also excellent -- attentive without being obtrusive. It's a truly fabulous evening out with friends or family!
Excellent burger! We love Proof for a great casual meal with gorgeous views. The ambiance inside is a bit too casual and noisy at times but still one of our favorite places.
Excellent food and service. Tortilla soup and charred gem salad were excellent. Loved the zero proof cocktail menu
We celebrated our anniversary lunch there and it was so nice. The service was amazing and the food was as well. We ordered the lobster roll and the burger, both were 10/10. The view from the patio was very captivating as well.
Kate Acheson, General Manager and her entire staff went out of their way to make our dining experiences outstanding! Thanks, Corey for your excellent service!
Nice staff, a little slow overall. Had to wait and ask for water refills and condiment request took multiple people asking to get. Overall very polite tho, not a real issue. Food is very expensive being at a hotel it's expected I guess. The burger and chicken sandwich were around $30 each and both were OK at best. No popping flavor in either, again for the price it's disappointing. The appetizer queso was ok, again a bit dull in flavor. Overall, just not worth the “Four seasons” influenced prices. Great outside ambience but the food just isn't worth a return trip for us. Sorry
Proof is always amazing ! The menu is ever changing and so good! The service is always great and we have never had a bad meal or experience here. The views are also amazing! Great drinks too!
We've been coming here for family dinners for about a decade and while some things are delicious (pretzel knots, salmon) other things have definitely slipped in quality such as the seasonal offerings, service and general ambiance. Wish it was still the gold standard for service and food!

We stayed at the hotel and ate dinner and breakfast at Proof. Servers and bartenders were all very good. Food was delicious.

One of our favorites close to home. Can be difficult go get a reservation if you’re not staying at the hotel. The tulip wings are amaze!

Very impressed by their options; the Healthy Hiker combo was a personal favorite. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful, I was relieved to have such a great option while staying here for a work retreat
We expected a lot more from the Four Seasons!
A simple salad was $17, add chicken for $12.... That made a no-frills salad $29! Poor value.
The $28 hamburger came out quite substantial, looking delicious and loaded, but was actually somewhat flavorless and had an odd sauce that was later scraped off (by a non-picky eater). Disappointed.
The other two meals were underwhelming, very fatty and quite over priced.
The location is convenient. We enjoy upscale food and are willing to pay for it but the Proof quality didn't match the very inflated prices. Low score on value.
Regretfully, we most likely won't be back.
