We tried Chef J’s again because we saw that they had a grand reopening and had changed to a Dim Sum and Hot Pot restaurant. We were excited to try the menu because we’ve always wanted to try the dumplings and boa buns but never could decide on what to commit. This change allowed us to sample a lot of things we wouldn’t normally get and the staff was very attentive. Went to celebrate a family birthday. There were nine of us. Service was excellent as well as the food. Portions were very generous. The menu. Unlike many Asian restaurant menus,Chef J presents you with one large card printed front and back with all their offerings. There is a picture as well as a description of each item. Drink offerings are on a separate card. No one in our group was disappointed with their selections. Please give them a try. You will be happy you did.

This place is great with its all you can eat meal, so they are greater at quantity than quality. I found the dim sum slightly bland. The waitress was punctual and the setting was fine. I'd certainly return.
