My server, Brian, was fantastic: attentive but not intrusive. Listened to what I wanted and brought me everything asked for without me having to repeat myself or ask again. He was very polite and helpful. My food was delicious as always and Brian certainly made the entire dining experience so so much more enjoyable. Thank you very much.
somewhat noisy due to group at bar. all the food came at same time, apps, entrees, soup and salad that accompanied entree. So by the time we got to the entrees, they were cold. Sent them back to reheat, still came back not hot but warmer. We wanted to eat and go so we kept them as they were but would have preferred them to be hotter. Served large entrees without serving cutlery, had to ask for something to serve food with. Entrees both had chicken: but very few pieces of chicken in the yakisoba, more in the rice but diced so small, didn't really get chicken flavor. Trying to spread chicken further?? Spring rolls were not as previously /expected: thick doughy wrapper not a crunchy one and inside was mushy mix of not sure what, could not id crispy veggies as expected and usual. Overall, food is OK but service is below par.
Most rolls are deep fried or have Krab or both. If that's what you want in a “sushi” place, maybe this is for you. However - the restaurant is filthy, particularly the bathrooms.
Loved the food the service was awful had to keep asking for drinks and food and kept forgetting our order, hoping it was a bad day the food was amazing.
The service was mediocre at best..the server never came back to see if we wanted a 2nd drink....finally got our water refilled. Our biggest complaint was we were 3 couples sitting at their round table near the back and the music was so loud we couldn't hear anyone on the other side of the table. Why do restaurants feel like they need to play club music at dinner time!! As for the food, for the price - it was as mediocre!!
My fav sushi spot in Oldtown. The food, the service & the music is all you need on a Saturday night! We will definitely be back!
I can't even give a rating. We sat and waited for 20 minutes and never got greeted. Tried to grab someone but they never came back so we just left and went to rehab burger.
Very poor experience. Food was brought out 20 min apart. Service was extremely poor. 6 out of the 7 orders were wrong. Would not recommend
The service was the worst I've had in quite a while. The server was inattentive and unaware. he didn't make the experience enjoyable in anyway. The restaurant was not overwhelmed with guests, so I saw no reason for him to be so absent throughout our dining. although the food was not bad the experience was ruined.
What a great place to celebrate your birthday! Go early to find parking or try the garage which is a couple blocks away. It's so worth it! The service could not have been better. It was almost as if they could read your mind.

Wouldn’t let me pay my own order. Had to pay half for a whole group. Had to pay $68 for a group when all I ordered was California rolls, shrimp tempura, and water. So crazy. Don’t eat here unless you want to pay an half for an overprice group of six people.
Quality has really gone down. That, or my sushi tase has really changed over the years of eating really good sushi. I used to come here back in the day; 15-20 years ago.

I've been here lots of times, but was pretty disappointed with the quality of the sushi last time there.
Couldn’t even eat here…The two people I encountered 1st were too rude to eat there when OldTown is Full of Quality places!!!
