Ramen Hood

Ramen was not good, extremely salty. Spouse order miso, the broth was not a miso color where it's a off milky white color. It honestly looked like the shoyu broth which was also very salty. Topping is very little and the chili powder is more for decoration than adding spice. Very little is sprinkled on top. Idk both the spicy miso (which was not spicy at all) and the shoyu ramen didn't seem right. I've heard great reviews for this place and I'm not sure I see the hype. Only good thing was the goyza and shrimp tempura. If you want good traditional ramen, this is not the place. Staff is very friendly, but you mainly do all the ordering on a tablet and just give your printed receipt to the cashier to pay.

I was really disappointed with my experience today. I drove down from Cave Creek to try this place for the first time, only to find out they closed 30 minutes before their posted closing time. When I asked why they closed early, they seemed shocked that I noticed, which was frustrating. It's not fair to play with customers' time and gas. Please update your posted closing hours, as claiming to close at 9 PM is misleading.

Loved the atmosphere and the service. I like how you order off a tablet and the server brings you the food. I wish the broth was a little bit more flavorful, but overall a yummy spot for a quick bite.

I wanted to love this place but I just couldn't. Got the shoyu ramen and the broth was warm and lacked flavor or even a kick. Staff were like where're but lacked motivation or enthusiasm.

I used to LOVE this place, I am BEGGING you to bring back the OG white meat teriyaki chicken.

If you're looking for fantastic ramen, Ramen Hood is where it's at! We had a blast with friends, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The build-your-own option is a definite highlight! Seriously, delicious ramen and wonderful people! :)

Great place for fast casual Ramen. The broth is pretty good and the noodles are cooked well. They have jasmine green tea too which I love.

Very tasty food. It would be nice to have more vegetarian broth options. The spicy miso is too spicy. Regardless, it's a satisfying meal.

Not much atmosphere; it's an eatery, not a restaurant.

All that said, we go there frequently.

First off - we LOVE RamenHood & I'm not the kind of person to give anything except 5 Star ratings, but RamenHood - what did you do to your chicken preparation? It seems much different than it was before and definitely not as tasty! We think you should go back to how it used to be prepared - the lightly fried & crispy chicken! Get that back to where it needs to be & I'll happily adjust my review!
