Grandkids here for the holiday and they wanted hamburgers. Food was decent, and our server was accommodating with all of our requests. Prices aren't outrageous. Easy parking

Food was good and came out quickly..our server was excellent. Unfortunately the restaurant floor and table seemed sticky. So did the bathroom and everything else. It needed a really good cleaning. Which I found out after we ordered because we got the first table in the restaurant.. probably would not have ordered If I realized how sticky things were.

Door dashed from Red Robin and they were the most inept people I've had to deal with. It took them 3 times to deliver the correct order and our guests went w/o dinner for over an hour....will never use this restaurant again.....they suck

I wouldn’t say the food was out of this world amazing. (Tasty. But was little disappointed in the fries) But what was the service. The front desk host/manager was just a wonderful person! She was so kind and accommodating and warming when you first walk in. She checked with us throughout the service to make sure that everything was going great. Really appreciate her kindness and awesome personality, she brought to the atmosphere.

We are frequent flyers at Red Robin, and tonight was definitely a standout experience! Stephanie was one of the best servers we have ever had. Timely, flexible, friendly-- I could go on. She addressed any and all items with a smile and was just incredibly helpful. If I could give her a 20/10 rating, I would!

Additionally, the manager on duty, Chris, was just as helpful and friendly! They also did a wonderful job making the experience one to remember.

We greatly appreciate both of their efforts and hope this reaches someone of note to really give additional kudos because its certainly deserved! Thanks so much!

I came for the Veterans Day meal and left with a giant smile and feeling appreciated. The staff was all very friendly and full of energy, even after what I was told was a big dinner rush. I was happy to have gotten a seat in the back, without even asking and I had an amazing server, named Tori. She had great communication skills, was very knowledgeable about the menu and was quick to check on the food items that I ordered and even brought extra fries because she thought I had been skipped (though I hadn’t). I would highly recommend this location to anyone on the area that is looking for some good food, at a fair price, while being treated like you matter more than just a tip. I will definitely be coming back. Hopefully soon!

I would have given this five star, but I was charged $2.99 for bottomless fries that were supposed to be included. Also over $9 for a beer on tap is pretty high.

Ordered on DD extremely disappointing. Small portions for the price so much mayo on the sandwich the bun was falling apart and one yes exactly one packet of ketchup was in the bag which I suppose is appropriate since my side of fries literally has 12 fries in it

I gave it 3 stars based on previous experience. This visit was on national cheeseburger day. The app said they had a cheeseburger and fries special for $9.99 but the waiter said that location wasn't participating so we we walked out. Seemed strange that a burger place wouldn't celebrate cheeseburger day.
