They tried to steer me to a high rise table which I find uncomfortable. I asked about the small booth next to it and was told that it was reserved for larger parties although no one was waiting.I left and went to Denny's. They have fine burgers and aren't finicky about customer seating.
I walked in to have lunch and they were probably six people in the whole restaurant and the bartender refused to let me sit at a larger table claiming there was going to be a big rush well he was so rude I just got up and left he should not be in customer service and certainly is a detriment to the red Robin in Scottsdale
Ariana and manager were very attentive and displayed great customer service. Food was definitely delicious and great portions
Fish looked undercooked and weird. They made me something new free of charge. Thank you.
My husband has Celiacs disease so this is one of staples because of the allergy menu and super strict allergy protocols. We’ve eaten at Red Robin more than a dozen times since his diagnosis (at multiple locations) and he has never been glutened! Jeffrey, has been out waiter a couple times at this location and he is excellent — friendly, well informed of allergy safety/protocols and very attentive. The fries are always hot and fresh.
I arrived tired and hungry to the Aiden by Best Western hotel in Scottsdale, after a flight from the east coast. Red Robin was one of a handful of restaurants within walking distance, so I headed there for dinner. I'd not visited a RR for probably 10 years, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice menu, attractive and clean store, and great service by the bartender, Lauren. The spicy burger was perfectly prepared and served low carb-style on lettuce, with a side salad. Hot burger, great taste, and ample side salad. Red Robin is back in my consideration set for on-the-road meals, for sure!
First and foremost we had a young waitress that was outstanding. We had her running back and forth and she was fast and knowledgeable. We got everything we needed and enjoyed the experience. Multiple TV's with a multitude of sports to enjoy. Overall great experience.
Service was lacking, Appetizers were burnt, and main burgers were not cooked properly
Makenzie the waitress A+ Bottom of hamburger bun almost as hard as the table top D- Having the server dump a tray of drinks on the last set of clean clothes you have at the end of your trip so you spend the next 1.5 hours doing laundry F- - -. I knew my day was going to good to be true. I'll remember this for my next 4 scheduled return trips.
Red Robin always has good stuff. Great quality at reasonable prices. Service is location dependent but, in this instance, was excellent.

Let me tell you ! McKenzie was the best ! Efficient and friendly , this girl was on top of things! I was a bartender for 28 years and it takes a lot to impress an old lady like me , and this young woman did it! If I could give her a raise I would !
My server Bobby was an absolute joy! The food was just as I ordered it and came out very quickly.
Great burgers. I noticed the menu has been scaled down. No more soup or chili options.
Mekenzie was the best bartender I have EVER had. She was so friendly, funny, and attentive. Whoever reads this, I hope she gets a raise if thats possible for a bartender. When you come to Red Robin ask to be sat with mekenzie.
Such a great place for African Americans to work. I was not harassed, or talked about, or made fun of. You name it, it did not happen to me. the GM and ASM are part of the solution not the problem.
