Rewind Treats - Ice Cream + Boba

I have gotten this before and loved it. My husband got me this & What is this?! Where is the color?! This is not a matcha. I ordered the strawberry matcha latte but this looks like coffee… Scottsdale location.

It’s a bummer that they don’t have the blended drinks no more and the customer service from the girl up front no good 😔

Showed up at 7pm on Friday during business hours and it was closed..? They even had their online order page up saying they were open.. There was no sign of holiday closure..

I placed an order online during their normal business hours and when I arrived to pick it up the store was closed. At Pokitrition that shares a suite with them, the kid said he “canceled my order”, but no money has been returned. Guess I’m out $14. I’ve been coming here for awhile, but after this experience I’ll not be visiting again.

No waffle cones and everything is extra….

Great place talked to the cashier . Took a moment to hear her story . Actually turned out to be the owner . Makes her own boba that is actually made out of fruit instead of the gel shell with syrup. Gets her matcha from Japan . The tea was great. If you don’t mind a conversation. It’s a good place

The lady working was rude unhelpful. Will not be returning. I payed extra for whipped cream but they ran out and that’s it’s. No replacement or refund just rudeness.

The employee was pleasant, kind, and helpful! The boba was well made and they have vegan options, which is nice. Although it was a good experience, I doubt I will be returning soon. Since the first sip, I’ve had a gnarly headache. Just as a precaution to others with sensitivity to sweeteners, be weary.

Hidden gem of a boba shop in a quaint shopping square. Their options for customization on the drinks are vast and allow for hundreds of delicious drink combinations. I especially love the option for a drink to be less or more sweet to your taste.

Guy working was super knowledgeable and nice. Very through! Brown Sugar Milk Tea with boba was so good! Would definitely reccomend this place and want to come back for ice cream! Love the service, thank you!

Ordered the jasmine milk tea from the kiosk. Asked the cashier if they use real milk, they do not. They use a non-daory powder. Asked if they use real taro, they do not. They use a taro powder. My drink total was $7.25. I ordered Jasmine powdered non- dairy creamer with Boba . I felt ridiculous paying this price for what I was ordering, but I did it anyway because my favorite boba shop is in Tempe, easily another 20 minutes away. There really is good boba put there. One just needs to know where.Customer service is pretty much non existent here. My drink didn't even get called out. Giving 3 stars because it was clean and the actual boba was decent.

Amazing!! I got the brown sugar chai latte with Boba, 50% sweet, and it is officially the best boba i've ever had! He was very nice and accommodating. Too bad i don't live in Arizona or i'd come every day!
