Just tried this place and it is so good!! We went early (5:00 pm) on a Saturday night of Thanksgiving week. The Crispy Rice in a Hot Skillet [Com Tay Cam] was incredible. I added chicken. We so got tuna spring roll and my girlfriend had the chicken pho.

We once again enjoyed our dinner and service at this Vietnamese restaurant. The roll selection is excellent and voluminous in terms of options. We also had the lemon grass chicken and the vegetarian rice dish. Both excellent. My wife had the shrimp crackerjack roll and I had the tuna roll. Service was good.

We used to be regular customers of this restaurant. Unfortunately, on July 5th at 2:45 PM, we had a terrible experience. The waiter was disrespectful and seemed intent on causing trouble with us. We no longer recommend this place.
Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian options at Rice Paper on Shea. We shared 2 different vegetarian spring rolls, garlic noodles and crispy tofu. Everything was delicious but the tofu was AMAZING! My daughter who does not like tofu ate half my order and wished there was more. I look forward to coming back to try their banh mi and pho which have vegetarian options. The non-veg options looked tantalizing so I’d bet omnivores will not be disappointed! The food was fantastic.

Friendly server. Braised pork on the Banh Mi was tasty. Bread was also good. Wish it had a sauce that brought it together. Wife’s Ahi Tuna salad had good ingredients and pretty good dressing. Service was slow even though there was only one other table. Another table that showed up after us got a dish before I got my sandwich. Place was clean and colorful.

We went to this restaurant as its name caught our attention.
We quickly realized that its specialty is spring rolls, a vast number and types. We had the 3's company roll, which included lobster, shrimp and chicken - Phenomenal!!!! Our servers was Jalen, who was friendly, with a vast knowlwdge of the menu items, and a fantastic ambassador.
Highly recommend

Spring rolls were good, if expensive, but dipping sauces were oddly paired flavors. Avoid the lobster puffs. The server couldn't tell us much about the menu or answer questions but was kind of pushy to rush us along.

Service was pretty bad. Didn't deliver a spoon or herbs with Phở. Never came out once during meal to check. Banh Mi Tofu was pretty rough, probably the hotdog like bun they used instead of an actual banh Mi baguette. Spring rolls were good but not $18 for 2 PCs cut in half.Modern Vietnamese? Maybe modern, but a country mile from proper Viet food.

Cute little boutique Vietnamese. Pho is half off on Saturday. Expect a slightly higher cost vs portion size on other dishes, but the spring rolls and Pho bowls are enormous. One spring roll feeds two people easily and small Pho bowl is sufficient for one person or children. Vegetarian options are great and flavor wasn’t lost in the broth despite being vegetarian. Highly recommend trying! The steaming beef was also marinated very nicely.

Ordered vegetable pho and it was terrible. The basil was rotten, the vegetables were old, scant, and diced small to hide it. It was literally a bowl of broth (not too bad after I added chili) with cheap noodles and inedible, barely there (mercifully at this rate)veg. I love pho so check out my other reviews for FAR better options in the area. I’d love a refund but didn’t see it until I brought it home. I am genuinely shocked at how bad this was esp at the price point.
