Cute little boutique Vietnamese. Pho is half off on Saturday. Expect a slightly higher cost vs portion size on other dishes, but the spring rolls and Pho bowls are enormous. One spring roll feeds two people easily and small Pho bowl is sufficient for one person or children. Vegetarian options are great and flavor wasn’t lost in the broth despite being vegetarian. Highly recommend trying! The steaming beef was also marinated very nicely.

Ordered vegetable pho and it was terrible. The basil was rotten, the vegetables were old, scant, and diced small to hide it. It was literally a bowl of broth (not too bad after I added chili) with cheap noodles and inedible, barely there (mercifully at this rate)veg. I love pho so check out my other reviews for FAR better options in the area. I’d love a refund but didn’t see it until I brought it home. I am genuinely shocked at how bad this was esp at the price point.

I had the filet mignon Pho and found it outstanding can’t wait to go back. Server was very informative about menu items, the family history and explained the boat mural on the wall. Spouse had fiery shrimp over rice. She wasn’t too impressed.

Our server was super friendly and notified us that they had a bit of a back up in the kitchen. Our food took awhile but it was worth the wait. We got a few different fresh rolls, a crispy roll, the crispy rice, shaking beef, and lemongrass chicken. My favorite was the crispy rice with shrimp. The lemongrass chicken was way too salty and didn’t taste much of lemongrass. Overall the food was really good, the atmosphere was welcoming and the service was good. We will be back!

Less than mediocre. Chicken wings with fish sauce were overly salty. Wouldn't repeat. Lemongrass chicken with tofu substitute was undesirable. However, vegetarian pho was okay but pho mignon was tough and short on noodles. Ginger tea was weak. Wouldn't return. Overpriced. The rolls were tasty.

FIRSTLY... this is the first place in my years of eating Pho that has a weekend 50% off Pho special. I don't know how long it will last but it's practically unheard of in the "pho industry".I ordered 2 bowls... the filet mignon and the rare beef.PORTION 5/5 - this place on the weekend as long as the special is on... is easily a 5/5. If I had to pay full price, the honest score for portion would drop to a 3.5/5. But given that pho fans usually frequent a few different spots I have no issue with the 5/5 rating with the weekend special.NOODLES 3.5/5 - Not a lot of noodles compared to most other places and a bit over cooked.ONION 5/5 = the proper amount of onions here.MEAT 4.5/5 - The meat is of high quality but could have a few more pieces. But high quality and tender.BROTH 4.5/5 - Not elite level broth as something is missing... probably cinnamon it's hard to say. But... this is likely the best broth I've had in Phoenix so far.Overall PHO Score - 22.5/25. 5 star Google review.FINAL THOUGHTS - This is so far the best Pho place in Phoenix I've found while here. I'll try other places when I return in a month but I've tried several others. This Pho is easily worth driving across town for and on Weekends as long as their 50% off Pho special exists... it would be logically pointless to eat pho AMYWHERE else in the city on a weekend. Pointless. The restaurant itself by the way is absolutely beautiful. If they can tweak their broth they are .5 points away in my rating from being ELITE level. So far I've found only 2 elite level places.... one in Aspen Colorado and the other place is in Langford on Vancouver Island BC.

Went there because we saw the restaurant featured on the TV show " check please" with chef Mark Tarbell.Food presentation and pricing was about average. They were short on help, so service was just ok. The music playing from the speaker Alexa..was not conducive to dining (hard rock n roll).Had deep fried spring rolls , vegetarian, (they were out of pork)..and were on the mushy side. The pho...filet mignon...was cubed, and was considerably short on rice noodles and bean sprouts...Their rice paper wraps are popular and good. The Banh MI braised pork sandwich was the star of the evening....the bread was excellent.Overall...somewhat of a disappointment in relation to the TV review. Will we be back...probably not.

We go to some of the restaurants in this area often and don’t mix it up often. We will definitely be back here a lot. Everything about it was fantastic.

The shrimp was not deveined and they refused to remove the charge on the bill. We even showed them the proof. The server nor management seemed to care. The health department will be making a visit.
