I am from out of town and booked a patio reservation. I even paid the $20 to guarantee that I would be seated outdoors. I made the reservation on opentable, and then even called during the day to change the time a little and verify that we would be sitting outside. We were also taking some friend from out of town also . When I arrived I was told the patio was occupied for a private party, and there was no outdoor seating. I should have been told that when I booked the reservation, and I would have made it for another night. So we ate inside, the food and service was good , but I was very disappointed.

GREAT Atmosphere and service!!! Food is good and a bit pricey, but that's expected at a resort hotel. It's so beautiful sitting outside and they have fantastic live music. Noelle was fantastic

Another excellent breakfast @ the JW— really appreciate the amazing buffet selections along with outstanding service by Dora. Heading home tomorrow but definitely plan to return to this gorgeous resort.

We have had a very nice moment in a peaceful and beautiful place ; the tuna was awesome as the cocktails (especially the margarita and the pina colada) but the quesadillas were deceptive. Prices were a bit too high

The ambience of the outdoor patio seating can't be beat. With the heaters and fire pits on a cool evening, it was the perfect spot for our final dinner in Scottsdale. The food was outstanding— especially the enchiladas, and the service was terrific. One of our best meals of the trip!

Staying at Camelback Inn and ate here for Christmas dinner. The ambiance is lovely, really enjoyed the live music. The food however is mediocre. Definitely not worth the cost. Love Scottsdale dining and for the same price you can get an exemplary meal somewhere else. U would not dine here again.

This is the best holiday buffet we've ever been to, and after over 30 years of attending Christmas buffets that is saying a lot. The best way I can describe it as fancy food (caviar, sushi, handmade desserts) without a stuffy, fancy atmosphere. Very kid friendly with Santa and an Elf guy making the rounds, live music and a cotton candy machine. The highlight is the FOOD, of course. Seafood station with caviar and crab claws, traditional breakfast and lunch foods, but usually with a flavor twist, sooo many cuts of premium meat like lamb chops, prime rib, carne asada. Paella, street tacos, etc. And then there are the desserts -- no shortcuts or anything easy here. Each dessert is handmade and tastes even better than it looks (and they look amazing). The service is also excellent, and I thank each of them for sacrificing their holiday for us.

I have been going to Rita's Christmas brunch for the past 30 years. This year due to possible rain the placed everyone into the ballroom where the food was extremely cold and there was much limited offerings. The service was also poor as we did not get refills on our drinks until having to flag the staff down. At $179 a person we definitely were not happy with the experience we received.
Service provided during seating us was not optimal and not customer focused . When we were getting seated we asked for the table next to us and the hostess said that it was reserved . It was empty the whole time . Later I asked for the manager and she admitted that it should have been handled differently . The server also did not deliver a good service but food was great . The whole restaurant can be managed better for service

The service is exemplary friendly and is one of the things that makes this a great place to meet We have been going here for the brunch at least once a year for quite a few years. While the brunch items are not as extensive as before everything that was there was fresh and well prepared. What I love is that you can take time to visit with each other, you can hear each other. You have great service and the food is great.
