The atmosphere is super relaxed, with lots of casual seating available inside and outside, plus a bar that’s perfect for eating.
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent, and the mocktails were delicious. I had the Cactus Water, which was really tangy and refreshing.

Rita’s Cantina is the Camelback Inn’s breakfast spot and has a great bar and food service all day. Dinner was especially good. Service is outstanding.

Absolutely beautiful location for breakfast but the food was average and the service disappointing, not as we remembered. Dora forgot our juice and had to be reminded. Then both she and the waiter reached right across my wife to deliver my food. Such poor manners! And then later in the meal we realized the waiter had mixed up our meat and veg orders, to which Dora replied “sorry about that”. There needs to be better training for such a classy location

Lovely patio with Mummy Mt views Enjoyed a club sandwich with a fresh crisp salad, trio guacamole/ salsa app and the Carne Asada burrito bowl. All tastefully prepared with wonderful, attentive service from Rita. We'll be back soon:)
We always have a wonderful dining experience at Rita's and this was just as wonderful! My son proposed to his girlfriend at dinner and our server presented them with a beautiful dessert platter! So very thoughtful!!!
Always an outstanding breakfast as we come back every year from Toronto to see your amazing chef that makes the most outstanding French toast and omelettes! He's the best!Service by all your staff as well is incredible.
RITA'S CANTINA & BAR. (Arizona Restaurant Week - Review) My first visit, but definitely not my last to Rita's Cantina & Bar inside the JW Marriott Resort. What a fabulous location with stunning views, beautiful people, incredible service, and most of all, delicious food. While this was my first visit, I was thrilled to enjoy the wonderful Arizona Restaurant Week special menu. My selections included a black truffle quesadilla as my starter which featured wild mushrooms, Brie, Gruyere, petite salad, and chive crema. My entrée was the Adobe Short Rib which was literally melting off the bone. It rested on a cauliflower purée, with pickled cauliflower, sweet garden peas, an adobe demi-glaze, and pepita chimichurri. My dessert was simply perfection. The classic Tres Leches plated in a contemporary and beautiful way. The sponge was soaked in Leches spirited rum, and topped with crowns of mascarpone cream, lechees gelee, spiced mango slices, and candied pine nuts. My meal was complemented with a delicious skinny margarita all served by a very friendly, warm, and wonderful server, wonderful server named Jenn. The outdoor setting was wonderful as we were serenaded a beautiful talented musician. Highly recommended. @everyone Scottsdale AZ Foodies Scottsdale AZ Happenings Arizona Restaurant Week RecreateNow Marketing & Storytelling

We ate here while staying at the JW Marriott. The service was outstanding as you would expect from a major hotel. The food was pretty good. Tacos were solid, yuca fries were pretty good, and the specialty margaritas were great. A little pricey for Mexican, but again, attached to a hotel, you expect that. Great spot for lunch or dinner.
Kid-friendliness: I don't think the hotel itself is particularly kid friendly, so I wouldn't bring them to the restaurant either.

We were a large group and had a reservation set for 45 minutes later, but were seated right away when we checked in earlier. The outdoor seating was very nice with beautiful ambience and live music. The food and the service was remarkable. Perfect for date night dinners too.

During our recent visit to Rita's at the Camelback Inn, we were treated to an unforgettable dining experience that truly captured the essence of refined Southwestern cuisine. Nestled in the picturesque surroundings of the resort, the restaurant's ambiance was nothing short of enchanting, blending warm, rustic elegance with stunning views of the Arizona desert. Our evening was made all the more special by the impeccable service provided by our waitress, Jenn. From the moment we were seated, Jenn's attentive and graceful manner set the tone for a flawless evening. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, offering insightful recommendations that catered perfectly to our tastes. Each dish, from the fresh guacamole starter to the succulent seafood and expertly grilled meats, was delivered with a personal touch that made us feel like honoured guests. Jenn's timing was impeccable—she ensured our glasses were never empty and anticipated our every need without being intrusive. Her warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that she took pride in ensuring our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Rita's itself is a gem, but it's the combination of an exquisite menu, stunning location, and top-tier service—especially from staff like Jenn—that truly makes it shine. We left feeling not only thoroughly satisfied with our meal but also with a sense that we had enjoyed something special. We look forward to returning soon and will certainly be asking for Jenn to enhance our next visit to this marvellous restaurant.
Way over priced for the quality. $16 house margarita, was not strong. Weak drink. Way too expensive. I had the Carne asada tacos. $24 for 3 small tacos. Had more lettuce then meat. 2 people for lunch was $110. 2 entrees and 1 appetizer. 2 alcohol drinks. Left hungry and disappointed.
I haven't been there in years. The Camelback in hotel. The restaurant was called the
