Great food with great service. Nice location. We watched Superbowl and witnessed Seahawks won.

We ate here our first evening in AZ. It is pricey, but the food is delicious and flavorful. We ordered the queso, wagyu burger, and shrimp enchiladas. Try to go during happy hour! There was some awesome live music that added a great ambiance along with one of the most beautiful views I’ve seen at a restaurant in a while. Sit outside if you can! They even brought over a heater for us!
I love the ambience at Rita’s. Food typically good to very good. Service needs attention. Last two visits very understaffed. Puts a strain on the help/servers as a guest you can sense they’re overwhelmed because they can’t timely get to the tables and give the quality of service other restaurants offer.

One word -Fancy. We had our team celebration here this February and the atmosphere was amazing with the mountains in the background. The food was great but the company and conversations was awesome.

I am not a foodie, in fact I am the opposite of a foodie (a very picky eater) and me and my lady thought the food was AMAZING! Unbelievable flavors and taste. It's Mexican food but a style I've never tasted before and I eat Mexican food all the time. We had a 7pm reservation on the outside patio and there was a musician playing songs on his guitar but not super loud so it set the mood just right. They had portable heaters & fires for those who were chilly and there was running water which added to the ambience of the setting. Our server Henry was very nice and he was spot on with his recommendations. He took great care of us & asked us if there was anything we needed every 15 mins. We were there for 90 mins & he checked on us 6 times which is perfect because you don't want a server who never checks with you after you get your food but you also don't want them interrupting your meal or conversation every 5 mins. He was also very accessible in plain sight so if we did happen to need anything we could have easily waved him over. He also brought us complimentary dessert cake of some kind that was very delicious. We were already full from dinner but finished the piece of cake because we couldn't stop eating it! This amazing experience does not come cheap so make sure to save up your $ before you take that special someone. We ordered 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 lemonade, 1 salad, 1 cup of soup, and 2 entrees and our bill was $ 154.xx but it was well worth it!
This is a high end Marriott with extremely poor service at Rita’s. More than one staff server was rude and poorly trained. Overcharged our bill and gave us an argument. Mandatory 20 percent gratuity is added for service that is not worth 15 percent. Very surprising for a high end resort.

My 78 yr old mother flew in from out of state for my birthday and booked a table for 4 of our family members on the PATIO. She is on a fixed income but wanted to splurge for her only daughters birthday as long as it would have beautiful views and we could enjoy the sunset together as a family since we only get together every few years.
We drove 45 mins to get to the place and five minutes before our arrival we received a phone call saying the patio was now booked for a corporate group and the only tables available were inside the restaurant. She booked the reservation a week in advance for a patio table OUTSIDE! Since it was already late on a Saturday we decided we would just go in because we were all hungry and anywhere else would be hard to get a reservation that late. We were seated in a back dining room in the last open table right next to the kitchen and the table next to us had several dogs with them, that were in no way, shape or form services animals! Yorkies, Poodles etc…I am allergic and by the time I got halfway into my plate of food, I had to get up and leave the table to go wait outside by the car, while the rest of my family finished eating. We were treated like cattle and they had no regard for the fact we wanted a special dining experience for my birthday. The view of the corporate group of 100+ people having a great time on the patio, only added insult to injury for all of us! Rita’s Hideaway ruined my birthday dinner and then gave us a bill of $300 for doing so. The food was mediocre as was the service. The bus boy was very rude and acted put off when we politely asked for more water. He looked at us like we were being unreasonable and gave my son a very dirty look! Very disappointed!!!

I am from out of town and booked a patio reservation. I even paid the $20 to guarantee that I would be seated outdoors. I made the reservation on opentable, and then even called during the day to change the time a little and verify that we would be sitting outside. We were also taking some friend from out of town also . When I arrived I was told the patio was occupied for a private party, and there was no outdoor seating. I should have been told that when I booked the reservation, and I would have made it for another night. So we ate inside, the food and service was good , but I was very disappointed.
GREAT Atmosphere and service!!! Food is good and a bit pricey, but that's expected at a resort hotel. It's so beautiful sitting outside and they have fantastic live music. Noelle was fantastic
Another excellent breakfast @ the JW— really appreciate the amazing buffet selections along with outstanding service by Dora. Heading home tomorrow but definitely plan to return to this gorgeous resort.

We have had a very nice moment in a peaceful and beautiful place ; the tuna was awesome as the cocktails (especially the margarita and the pina colada) but the quesadillas were deceptive. Prices were a bit too high
The ambience of the outdoor patio seating can't be beat. With the heaters and fire pits on a cool evening, it was the perfect spot for our final dinner in Scottsdale. The food was outstanding— especially the enchiladas, and the service was terrific. One of our best meals of the trip!
Under staffed. Took 20 minutes to get water and then food came right after our appetizers, not coursed well.
Nothing really worth raving about. The hostess seemed to be in a mood, the table and chairs were messy and the food was subpar
Staying at Camelback Inn and ate here for Christmas dinner. The ambiance is lovely, really enjoyed the live music. The food however is mediocre. Definitely not worth the cost. Love Scottsdale dining and for the same price you can get an exemplary meal somewhere else. U would not dine here again.
