Okay, so imagine my surprise when Im just looking around on Google to see what movies are playing (I'm from out of state) and I see Roadhouse Cinema pop up. I purchase tickets on their website and am slightly confused because the theater seems small - wasn't strange that I had to pick my seats (where I'm from that's common practice) but entering the theater wowed me! This place is *nice* and the recliners are comfy! Once I finally figured out what to do it was smooth sailing - you had people there to take your order and bring you food and drinks at the call of a button! For the price of everything this was definitely a great value. The staff was very nice as well. Whenever I'm back in the area I'll more than likely be making another visit.

We came in as a group after coming from a festival. As a family, we've been to this movie theater numerous times. We picked a movie and decided to come. As we went in, we were greeted and got our tickets. After going to the concession stand, I asked one of the servers what a Shark Bite B.L.T. was. She looked at me and explained she didn't know what it was, but it's on the menu. Then she looked at me, looked at our group on the side, and told me we're going to have to check your backpack for any guns or knives for safety issues. This was already after the ticket had been sold to me. Nobody else that walked through that door had their purses or bags checked except for our group. I will never spend money at this movie theater. I definitely could have let her check my backpack, but you check for guns and knives, and I'd been through this movie theater many times. They missed out on five movie tickets because we got our money back and left. I called and asked for corporate, and she said they didn't have a corporate and gave me another number to the same place.

Liked the theater. Would want my small ice cream cup to have a little hump at the top for $6. Who levels ice cream scoops?🥴 We would've bought a 2nd had we received a little more ice cream in the 1st. Purchase a meal, I don't think so. Sorry, I didn't take a pic.

Nice relaxing theaters

Always a good place to watch a movie with your partner. Last night me and my girlfriend saw the new Jurassic park and my assistance button was working to call for food but hers wasn’t. So we just had to use mine. Roadhouse, if you guys could make sure buttons are working properly so we won’t have problems with trying to order

My first time there and will be the last. From the moment we walked in the customer service was horrible. No one in the box office. Stood at the bar waiting to order our food for 5 minutes before we were even spoken to. Our food was served to us in the theater without our drinks. After asking 3 times I went out to the lobby and got it myself. My pizza was cold.

Have to say I loved this theater but after the last two times it was horrible people show up 6 children and mother on there phones loud they got there 15 minutes after we got there we sat there 30 minutes didn't get our sodas or popcorn and the people infront of us got all of there order when we asked why they said they were busy but people that got there after us got they're order just saying that sucks

Amazing theater! Super clean, comfy seats, and incredible sound. Watching the new F1 movie here felt like being right on the track—absolute chills! Definitely my go-to spot for movie night

Searched online for the best movie theatres in the Phoenix area and surprisingly this was one of the recommendations. The service and food was ok, but everything else was outdated. I usually sit in the back-most row of movie theatres because the screen is usually huge but the screen here is small, dim, and has creases that are visible throughout the entire movie. The most disappointing part was the audio. I could barely hear anything from the back row. Seems like there is only audio in the front of the theatre. For the amount of money we spent, definitely not worth it and I’ll stick to AMC moving forward.

Saw highest to lowest last night movie was good food was good drink was good I had an apple pie old fashioned which sounds like it wouldn’t work on principle was pretty good. I have one complaint there is a blemish on your screen in theater 6 it is big it is noticeable and I hope someone has it as part of their budget to fix in the future

Saw movie and had snacks. Large recliner seats with attached table for each person. Push button to have waiter take orders for food & drink. Good selection of both. Enjoyed Chips & Salsa. Was in small auditorium, screen size & sound was good. Only negative was smell - musty. Got used to it in a while.
