Having travelled through the US extensively over the last two decades or so, my wife and I have experienced many steakhouses and this one is close to bottom of the pile. Food awful. My steak was tasteless and my wife's chicken overcooked and dry. If we visit Scottsdale again, we'll avoid this place.

Food & ambience was ok, expected more, and the menu was a bit boring. The appetizers were tasty but chicken on the Caesar salad was dry and the salmon was under seasoned but cooked well. My green beans were not cooked through, very stiff but not crunchy like raw, it was weird. Our waitress was very friendly but acted a bit awkward and goofy with a slow start. Ultimately she did a good job but that mixed with the underwhelming food made for a disappointing experience. We had a good time together with our visit, just didn't hit like we thought it was going to.

I love this resturant , and we go there regularly , but recently the food and specially the service is getting worst. I ordered grilled Trout which was not fresh and smelled awful. The worst part is the waitress and the service . We were sitting in front of service station, at a time that resturant was not crowded at all but we were in the mercy of whoever was passing by to bring our food . The waitress just busy chatting around with two tables only . Once in a while stopped by to arrange out plates around !!!! WE WILL NOT GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN

We have been coming to Roaring Fork for a few years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Last night we went and were quite disappointed with the service and food. The quality of food wasn't like we have always remembered it to be. We aren't sure if management changed or recipes did or both. Maybe it was just an off night last night? When you spend that kind of money, you hope the experience and food will match that. Hopefully, this review will be helpful.

We always have great service and tasty meals. We love the trout almondine! This is one of our favorite places to eat. This is a good family restaurant and always enjoy. Would recommend!!

Normally a really good experience, but every time I've gone recently unfortunately it's gone downhill. Steaks were ordered medium rare and were definitely rare if not less than that (I tend to be okay with a rare steak, but this was not even that). Got the chicken bites (spicy) and had no flavor. Just fried chicken. Honestly only good thing tonight was the truffle aioli. Even the truffle fries didn't have a lot of flavor. Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience.

We throughly enjoyed our dinner and drinks after a long day of travel ! The service was phenomenal. We were seated and had our meal within 20 minutes . It is a well oiled machine !

We ate here on April 26th. I had the tortilla soup along with the rainbow trout with capers and string beans . The soup need a touch of chili flakes to give it some kick. The consistency was good but overall it was bland. The fish was cooked perfect. Grilled - topped with capers- it was crispy and moist. String beans were also excellent - firm and tasty. We also had the tomahawk steak. Cooked medium rare it's was very tender. May have oreferrred they hold the topping but it was an excellent price of meat. We also had the Mexican strret corn as a side which was very good. The restaurant was clean but the bathroom could have used a once over during the evening. Overall a 4 plus .
Salmon on salad was great...... not quite on the plate...but service was great as was ambience and noise level was good once we were not at bar for pre reservation drink

Pleasant Easter evening meal with family. Atmosphere was nice, a bit warm when we sat down, but eventually cooled down. Food was delicious and cooked very well. Server was pretty good. Had to remind him fill water glasses and ck on us periodically. Overall, wonderful evening.

The mashed potatoes were cold, sent back new ones were warm. Very dense, the gravy was solidifing on the table, not piping hot. The Mac and cheese was stuck the the skillet and very dry. The rest of the meal was good. Server was very.
