We went on a Wednesday night which was a quiet night. The service was great. The waitress was pleasant, the server was polite and the bar tender was friendly and helpful. The oysters were great!! The dish I wanted was no longer available so the waitress suggested something different. The clam linguine looked like soup. The broth was watery for both dishes and mine was a little lemony. The wine was good. The shrimps were a good size and tender.

A bit slow in the beginning. Took about 15 minutes to be greeted after we were sat. Drinks took longer than anticipated. Our server was nice and with great suggestions. Music was a vibe. Loved the art deco wallpaper. I'd eat here again.

I had heard good things about this place, but it definitely did not live up to expectations. Went during happy hour and expected to stay for dinner. We started with the clam chowder, which had a ton of black pepper, a lot of potatoes, but not a lot of clams. It would have been ok, except they completely ruined it by mixing in raw, diced red onion before serving. It was quite surprising to bite into. I love onion, but this was neither a complementary flavor nor texture. Next, I had an order of their mussels. The first one I had tasted fishy and off. Sometimes you catch a bad mussel, so I tried another but had to spit it out as it was definitely spoiled. The server came by and asked about the food, and we let her know the mussels were bad. She said she would let the chef know and promptly walked away. She came back to check on us about 10-15 minutes later, and we could see her eyeballing the uneaten mussels, but she ignored them and asked if we wanted anything else to eat or drink. We said we were just going to finish our drinks and away she went. She came back one more time, and we asked for the check. She never removed the bad mussels from the table, never notified a manager, a manager never checked in on us or asked about the meal, and the mussels were on the check. We paid and left to go eat elsewhere. Bad food. Horrible service. Won't be back.

Started off with Oysters Rockefeller and the crab cake. Those were pretty good. Main meal was linguini and clams...Extremely bland. Couldn't get the bartenders attention too let him know but he was too busy watching March Madness. Overall I would consider this an average restaurant.
The food is good but beware of the drink prices. Their signature Cosmo on the menu was $14. Fine. I ordered a regular/classic Cosmo thinking it was a similar price. It was $24!! Really! For a simple Cosmo with Ketel One vodka??A complete ripoff.
Wonderful neighborhood restaurant. Food is excellent, the service is nice, and the atmosphere is perfect. Travisimo!!!!

An absolute supreme dining experience from the moment we stepped inside!!! Rockerfellers has a great, fun vibe with a cool atmosphere! The bartender makes a REAL cocktail and the food is unbelievably delicious!!!! A++ all the way around!!!

Stumbled on Rockefeller after rain canceled a concert. Made a quick reservation on Open Table. Arrived a little late and were seated within 15 minutes of arrival. Noisy but great atmosphere and vibe. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Started with calamari, followed by a shared wedge, glad we shared half was a great size. My wife had fish and chips not the greatest but she enjoyed them. I had the shrimp tacos and really liked them. Great experience if you are looking for a great seafood place with an albeit small menu, check the place out.

Loved our experience at Rockefeller. Everything we ate was delicious and our server, Sierra, made our whole dinner fun (we were celebrating a birthday). Would definitely recommend and will come again next time we're in Scottsdale!

A nice restaurant. We all ordered the strawberry walnut salad with grilled salmon. Only one of us got any strawberries and none of us got anything more than 2 walnut pieces. We all got a great piece of salmon and had we gone for the salad alone, we would have had nothing but lettuce to eat for a hefty fare. We flagged down the server who did not offer to get strawberries. She checked with her manager and offered one free dessert. Interestingly the free dessert was loaded with strawberries. Message was that they did not run out!! They just failed to follow the recipe.
I guess coming from a foodie place (San Francisco Bay Area) the food was not even close to that standard. Cocktails were very good, service, ambiance, decor were all fine, as were the prices, but not the dining experience I was hoping for.
Waited 26 minutes for a server to come to the table when he finally came over he said he forgot he had us and then said what did we want the food was terrible. Ordered oysters they where clearly sitting in a fridge and had almost freezer burn on them. The drinks where subpar and we got the drinks 10 minutes after the appetizer. Ordered shrimp cocktail it was completely dried out and came with nothing on it the menu stated. Will not be going back
Staff were very friendly and took care of all our needs. My wife had the sea bass, and I had the filet. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The old fashioned's were excellent. We'll definitely eat here again.
I know that I always write positive reviews, but we just can't find a bad meal in Scottsdale. Another great find is Rockefellers. Syerra took wonderful care of us, with great suggestions and service. Raw oysters good, clam appetizer excellent, sea bass exquisite. Good vibe, good wine list.
