Roka Akor - Scottsdale

My family and I had an extraordinary dinner experience tonight. It was our first visit and won't be our last. Our server Marcus and the whole team made sure we felt welcome and helped us enjoy a variety of delicious menu items. We sat in front of the sushi preparation and engaged in a wonderful dialogue and culinary experience! So glad we found this gem.

Roka was great as usual. Paul, Wesley and Marcus treated us to a great night as usual. Great restaurant and people making our night special

Wonderful experience. We were with family celebrating birthday. Paul the manager and Wesley waiter were amazing as always. We had a great time.

The ambience like usual was very upbeat and the service in waiter we had was outstanding. The food was also the staple of coming here as it is one of the best of my opinion in the valley. I'd definitely be coming back here to celebrate all sorts of occasions

The ambience, service and food were fantastic. We loved the avocado app the most - delicious! The only dish we didn't like was the fried chicken - small chunks of chicken with densely fried exterior lacked flavor. Sea bass and Salmon Maki was super fab! Note that although a beautiful, this restaurant is VERY loud so don't think you will be able to talk to anyone at your table.

Roka is the absolute best. A little spendier but the food, service, and overall experience is so worth it. The best nigiri and sushi. I have gluten allergy and they are fantastic with making sure the food I can have is safe and delicious!

The food was outstanding! The steak was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth, and the sushi was top quality with amazing flavor. After another restaurant had to cancel our reservation due to a fire, they were kind enough to accommodate us last minute. Everything happens for a reason, and I'm so glad we ended up here. If I'm ever back in Arizona, I will absolutely return!

Came for dinner for AZ Chef Week. Food & svc was great! It was a bit noisy though where it was hard to hear each other.

Server was excellent. Food was excellent. If you are sensitive to smoke sit away from the kitchen

I am a big fan of Roka Akor. Love the Happy Hour and when it is Restaurant Week. I have even done take out with them.

Always consistent - fantastic food and equally good service. One of our favourite places to dine in Scottsdale.

Food is always top notch. While we enjoy sitting at the Counter and being able to watch the demonstration kitchen, we also enjoy the bar seating mainly due to the excellent service Sam provides. The staff throughout the restaurant is very helpful explaining the many dishes that may not be familiar to the diner. Cost is reasonable as compared to many upscale restaurants in the Scottsdale area. We always enjoy our visits.

We made last minute reservations and were able to get in for 2. The hostess seated us at the counter/kitchen area, very fun experience watching,talking to the Chefs. We ordered off the Chefs Week special, appetizer, entree and dessert with set price. Appetizers were a work of art. Ordered steak and lobster both entrees were very tender and flavorful. Service was excellent. It's always a treat when you have management check in on your table! We will be back!
