Ordered online, called to see if we could do thick crust but was told no even though it was not started yet. Pizza was just okay. Doughnut bites are just chips with powdered sugar. Won't be coming back
I called three other pizza places in Scottsdale before calling Rosati’s and hung up on all three because they were automated ordering. ROSATI’s was the only one where a human being picked up the phone. I’m glad I held out because the pizza was amazing.
Excellent pizza and customer service. I had digital Entertainment book coupon. This Rosati’s had not heard of it. Their manager reviewed it on my phone and took off the discount even though he did not know how to accept it. We will return to this Rosati’s!
