I ordered two 16” pizzas and they took over an hour it’s unbelievable how they play with people’s time. First, she said it would be ready in 7 minutes, then 15 minutes went by. She came out of the kitchen and said, “Just one more minute!” This is unbelievable!

The lunch pizza is genuinely horrible. Been there three times now and it’s gotten worse every time. Undercooked, congealed cheese, bad sauce. Please change it

Unfortunately the pizza quality has drastically decreased under new owners, very little cheese and very few pieces of Canadian bacon. Very disappointing. We will drive further to another Rosatis to get the quality we are used to.

Ordered a lunch slice and soda. Pizza was undercooked and inedible, so I couldn't eat it, and the soda machine had no ice and no one at the counter to come help provide it, so I threw away my food and drink and walked out. Worst of all, though, the bathroom is absolutely disgusting, so I can't imagine what the prep area is like. Do better.
We enjoy time in the area but never stopped in, until now. Glad we did. A story was shared, nice gentleman from Illinois. Basically an epic refresh to an old favorite and it fits. The pizza.... Mmmmm really just stop in. We did. Enjoy

The Rosati's story of passing down authentic family recipes skipped this generation at the Dynamite and Alma School location. My family has been living here five years and it hasn't changed. It was awful five years ago and it is still not very good. They should sell it. Restaurant owners in Scottsdale have a reputation to uphold.
I come here 1-2 times a week for a slice and drink for lunch since it's the most convenient. New ownership is terrible and over the top rude. I was sitting in apparently a closed section so my coworker came to sit with me. The new owner was over the top rude and confrontational. The old ownership was friendly with me every time I came in. I will NEVER go back. Not even if you paid me.

We frequented Rosati’s in Wheaton Illinois for years. We have moved away from Illinois and sadly no longer have a Rosati’s near us so when we vacationed in Rio Verde this week we decided to get Rosati’s. We ordered it to go the first time and took it back to the house and everyone loved it.
We then decided to have it again when we were getting ready to leave and we ate there. There was one lady who was working very hard to ensure everyone was accommodated. Pizza was once again top notch! We will go again when we are back in town for Spring Training again next year!
Best pizza in the valley hands down!
The location which is near Troon would make one think that this place is top notch. We so much wanted this to be our goto pizza/bar place. Too bad the service and atmosphere is so bad. 20 mins to get a glass of wine because they ran out of wine glasses (there were 6 people in the restaurant). Then after 45 mins of waiting for our food, our wait person asked if we had ordered?! We reminded her and she said ticket was lost. Food came after a 1 hour 30 minute wait. Just a simple apology. Had to go to counter to pay bill and ask for box as she never came back after dropping off check. I told her of our experience. She acted like she didn't know of any problem. Came back and said manager will give 10% off. What a joke. Our time was worth more than $3.00. How about a glass of wine? Operating a restaurant is more than food. This place hasn't figured that out.
Friendly staff and good food
There is an old saying that there is good pizza and bad pizza but never inedible pizza. Rosati’s is as close as you can get to the latter. The pizza dough they use is almost devoid of flavor and that may be a complement . When there are so many fermented dough pizzerias in Scottsdale it is amazing that anyone would ever order twice from this place. Toppings fine, cheese fine ,sauce not horrible.makes you wonder if any of the franchise owners have ever had Lamp Pizza only a few miles away. It’s a shame this is so bad. Close to home and good service.
