It was a holiday weekend and we needed to wait for a bit to order. The person taking the call had a pleasant accent and although she was obviously new, she seemed genuine and nice. When I arrived to pick up the order I met the lady and she was on point and super polite. It was odd when the other person (black hair lady) stepped in to correct her on things she did not have wrong. Literally repeated everything the first person said in a scolding manner. IMO the manager just wasn’t listening and moving so quickly she was the one making mistakes. As a result there was a Couple of things missed in the order that i was charged for and when we called (spoke to the manager lady) she said they would issue a credit to my card. She never did. It’s sad when you see someone working hard and doing a great job and the management of the place appears to be the problem. I wasn’t even going to leave a review until I discovered the credit never went through. I won’t be back. It was painful to watch anyway. Only reason it is two stars instead of one one is because of the new person.

I live closer to a different location, but I love the staff at this one. They’re so nice they go above and beyond. They’re so friendly everything’s always perfect. You should definitely go here.

Pizza sucked, dough was like cardboard and no flavor in the sauce. Crust looked and tasted like it was a $5 frozen pizza. Store was dirty looking on the inside with random junk in the front of the store. Called the owner and he rudely hung up. Don’t fall for this scam of a pizza joint that charges $50 for a pizza that taste like frozen non fresh ingredients .

Starting Friday 9/27/24 we will be offering 50% off pizza every evening after 7pm. Including weekends. Any 16/18 inch pie. Food prices have become out of control here in Scottsdale. We realize this and want to give back to the community that has SUPPORTED us the past few years, and made us who we are today. NO COUPON NEEDED JUST MENTION THE SPECIAL!
I went here and met one of the owners as I walked in. He was so kind and humble. He explained they took over a while ago, and they love the community. I ordered a 16" combo pizza. Omg it was delicious. I'm definitely making this my pizza place!

Im from Chicago. I know Pizza!This Rosati's serves excellent Pizza as well as the Service was excellent! Tasted Quality and Pride in ownership. Almost every inch covered with sausage! Delicious sauce and cheese!Very nice pleasant people.I am Happy Happy Happy!!!
