Stopped in this weekend for the first time , wanting to get my wife a birthday steak. Got a prime ribeye… the marbling was almost what you expect on a wagyu a-3 a-4 . It was literally the best steak she’s ever had. Not even high end steakhouses have accomplished that.

I called a couple of different times just for information, and the people that picked up were a little short. I imagine they were busy, so I don't mind, father's day weekend and all! One thing I'd recommend on that topic though, just say hello first and say the place the people called, it gets the information out of the way and people get to the point faster then. Onto the meat!
