Hello my name is Harry. I have high functioning autism and non verbal learning disorder. It is hard for me to communicate and often use the screen to order instead of going to other places.
I recently visited this location and come often for wraps and recently got into the salads. I usually have an amazing experience, and it is usually really good.
Today I ordered the Caesar Salad as recommended by my life coach to switch from the wraps to the salads. I patiently waited and sometimes I have a hard time hearing and thought my name was called a few times when it wasn't.
When I got my food, it was completely different than what I ordered. I received a wrap instead of a salad. I have trouble communicating and just took the wrap instead and thought maybe they thought I messed up ordering on the screen and gave me the wrap instead. When I opened the wrap, it was not what I expected it had cucumbers and stuff that does not come standard with the salad or wrap. It tasted funny and I felt bullied. I am already recovering from smoking weed too much and recently got into sobriety and thought this would be simple choice. It was not good I asked for a refund. The manager on duty is named Jason.
Id like someone to contact me and make things right this unexpectable. I also believe that the individuals working were supposed to make it special for me. I look forward to hearing from someone so possibly the kitchen staff in the back can face consequences for messing with a young adult with Autism. The staff has seen me come in many times and know who I am.

I used to go to Salad and go 2, 3 times a week, I loved this place, then all of a sudden all locations went downhill. The prices have gone up, and the quality has gone down. Honestly, I'm really disappointed in all locations because, no matter where I go, its still disappointing. I would not recommend anyone going here anymore.

Food was average or less than average, we were disappointed. My husband ordered the autumn roast wrap, and I ordered the autumn roast salad. We didn’t order any extra protein on my salad. I are about half, not good to me at all. My husband only ate half of his wrap. We threw everything else away. We don’t usually do that. We try to order clean food and eat it or take leftovers home, but both of us looked at each other about 10 minutes into the meal and said I don’t want to eat any more of this. We were very disappointed and will not be eating there again!

Salad is great but “cold brew” is not. Ordered a “cold brew” with half and half and it didn’t taste like anything. The gal gave me coffee on its own but it’s just coffee that’s been allowed to cool down. No flavor and not buying it again. Threw it away after one sip.

I love salad and go. I used to have it in Dallas so when I was here I was excited to see it in a mall. I think it's a great option for a mall food court. It's so cheap and the portions are always great and the food is delicious. You order on a screen so it makes it super easy to customize. Service was quick and food was fresh and delicious. I wish more malls had salad and go.
I have no idea why the reviews for this place are so low. The prices here cannot be beat! I got a salad and a burrito and the total came out to $10! This place could easily charge double for their salads, but the salad is just $6.42 and my breakfast burrito was just $3 something. I’m still in shock by the prices here and the food was decently sized and tasted good!

We thought we can order like any other restaurant up front, Andrew told us we needed to use the iPad so we did but it wasn’t working and we went up to the front again Andrew was ignoring us until I waved him down and told him nicely the iPad wasn’t working and he was so rude and said yah because we’re trying to close, they don’t don’t close till 9 and it’s 8:30 he was rolling his eyes while we were ordering two salads and he was pushing on the computer so dramatically, and walked away after we paid. I watched them make my salad so I know they wouldn’t spit on it and some girl name Stephanie was throwing everything in there all crazy and after it was made she threw my salad bowls to the front and rolled her eyes! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED

This location used to be my go to lunch spot- affordable, fresh, and many options. However over the past 2 months this location has significantly fallen off. My salad was easily (and I'm being more than fair/generous) half as big as it was prior. They are making the orders smaller and smaller. If the reason is to boost profits, it has now cost them a regular customer.I will not be going to this location moving forward.
