The absolute worst breakfast burrito / piece of food I've ever bitten into. Ordered sausage and it tasted like stale un seasoned beef. I took 1 bite and threw it away.

I think im going to stop going to salad and go all together. Everytime I go to any location, they always and i mean always mess up my damn cobb salad. I hate blue cheese and they always give me the sauce and the crumbs. Even after I explicitly said NO blue cheese 3 times.

THIS LOCATION IS AWFUL!!! I love Salad N' Go, but this location is horrible! I just received a bowl of lettuce, 2 rotten tomatoes and a very tiny splash of blue cheese. I ordered the cobb salad.
This is the 2nd time this has happened and the first time I called and spoke with the manager. He corrected things for me, but here we go again! a lousy lunch.
Lesson learned: go to a different location.

The food here is great, good prices for good quality food. Went by at 8:45 (open til 9) and the drive through speaker spat out an automated message saying they’re closed. Pulled up to the window, made eye contact with an employee, who then walked away and ignored me. If you wanna close up shop at 8:45, just make that your posted hours.

Helped by a male employee who was insanely rude! He told me I couldn’t have something on the menu, when I asked if I could sub something out that they may be missing he went on to tell me it wasn’t in the menu. Even though it clearly was and I ordered before. Asked if they discontinued it and he just kept repeating it’s not on the menu like I was being a problem for trying to order a favorite item of mine. Bad service now a Bad menu! PS change your menu!!

I ordered my meal and when repeated back to me, Michael said chicken after I said steak. No big deal. I corrected him and was told my total would be given at the window. I paid got my bag by the handle and started driving away when I realized he gave me a salad and not the wrap I ordered. Somebody was behind me so I had to drive through the pickup window. I was hoping he could put the salad in a wrap and I could be on my way. Michael rudely rolled his eyes and said “I asked you if your order was correct”. I was dumbfounded sitting in my vehicle thinking “did he really just say that. I said I just want my money back because at this point o didn’t trust him to not spit in my food or something. I drove away and came back and asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. The way this young kid talks to customers is ridiculous and he should not be allowed to interact with customers. Seems like an entitled punk with an attitude problem. This was the 87th st location in Scottsdale.
Very disappointed. Ordered a bbq ranch chicken salad and was not given the avocado nor the black beans. Was an incomplete order and for $8 is definitely not worth it.

Update: On 12/13/24 I decided to give this location another chance since all I wanted was a Caesar salad and figured they must have the ingredients for such a basic salad. I couldn't have been more wrong. It was only 6:00 pm and they already had signs on the speaker boxes saying they were OUT OF CHICKEN AND STEAK!
I love Salad and Go in general, but this location is consistently bad. Today, 12/2/24, I tried to order two different salads and they were out of ingredients for both and it was not even 6:30 pm. For the BBQ Ranch salad they were out of corn and for the Greek Salad they were out of cucumbers and tomatoes.
Unfortunately, in addition to the poor logistics of many ingredients being unavailable, the black beans in the BBQ Ranch salad were hard.
I agree with other reviews, go to any other location than this one.
