May be one of the worst managed restaurants out there. They never have enough staff working, always have the drive thru closed so you have to order thru the app. Have nothing bad to say about the food just wish this place could figure out how to operate as an actual business

IIn my experience, Salad and Go locations have always been freaky fast, just like Jimmy John’s. This is exactly why I chose to go to Salad and Go when my lunch break was cut short. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad decision. The service was slower than sitting in the drive-through at McDonald’s waiting for french fries and chicken nuggets to cook. This location may be experiencing staffing issues, but I certainly think management should look into the daily operations to see where changes could be made. On top of the slow service, my meal wasn’t correct.

This salad and go Location always does a really great job, convenient spot too. I love coming here. Staff always does a really great job with my food. Also, the girl at the counter is really cute.

Picked up my salad for Lunch. It was left covered the entire time. Started eating it. I ate quite a bit before finding a dead fly. I can’t describe how disgusted I feel.
I drive far our of my way to go to the other location on Scottsdale Road. I'm not sure if my salad was ever fresh or correct at this location. Avocado and lettuce are always brown. Salad and Go is fantastic at other locations, don't waste money or time here

Used to love it. My husband and I ended up with fairly severe food poisoning after eating there recently and we will not be returning. Super disappointing because the salads and service had been great. Now neither of us could even stomach it.

I can't get enough of this place. The Roasted Autumn salad is so addicting. Every salad can be made into a wrap, which is great when eating on the go. This location has a dedicated drive through line for online orders - genius. Though, service is always super fast when ordering at the normal drive through. I'm not sure how they do it, but they are so quick and efficient. All of the staff members I've dealt with were very nice and laid back, despite the speed they all work at.
Vegetarian options: All salads have Tofu as an option for protein, so everything can be made as vegetarian - or hold the cheese and make it vegan.

This location is so slow. Why does it take so long to get thru the drive thru? Been wasting gas for 15 mins already and not even to the ordering menu but I’m stuck in the lane. This will be the last time I come to this location. Such a disappointment Salad and Go.
