Food is always great, but this is the first time i visited this location. The sign on the door clearly says closes at 8:30. I drove 20 miles to get here and they close early, 40 minutes early. A man comes to the door and said we’re closed. I said I just drove 20 miles and you guys close 40 minutes early. He gave me a not so pleasant look rolled his eyes and walked away.

Service could definitely be improved Does the boss know that they close 40 minutes early? I’m seeing other people pulling up, throwing their arms up in the air getting back in their car and leaving.

Sorry- this place is SOOO extremely OVERPRICED!!!!! went in on Saturday 11/8- ordered 2 of the yakosoba teriyaki veggie bowls- 12.50 a PIECE.....(???) for a SMALL ???? spent like almost 30$ with tax- the size of the small bowl was barely 1 cup....we were actually in shock..... that is ridiculous for what you are getting- this dish is probably worth like $5..... you guys need to rethink your prices or you will not get customers. EXTREMELY disappointed and STILL hungry!!!:(((

Always enjoy my chicken teriyaki bowl with vegetables, and I also appreciate the teriyaki bottles that allow me to add extra teriyaki sauce.

They no longer give very much chicken with their meals. Smaller bowls and a few pieces is all you get. Very disappointing. This is what a bowl looks like now .

Marlene is the best! Been coming only to this Samurai Sam’s for years. She’s the only one who has ever taken my order, and every time does it with a smile on her face. GIVE HER A RAISE!

This place is amazing! So much healthier than fast food with a lot of options. Marlene is a wonderful owner and always makes sure the order is correct. The portions are always consistent and theres never a shortage of rice bowl combinations. I highly recommend eating here, such nice and wonderful staff. 10 stars!!!

DONT COME HERE! Said it was supposed to be a mountain of meat. They claim they put 9oz of meat. I called in and even asked if I could come back and the manager said I’d have to buy a new one and there is nothing he can do.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile from the manager Raj. He insisted I try the Steak Shishto bowl and boy was I blown away! I could taste the love in the dish, it was delicious and i’ll definitely be back for more!
