Aurore puts her heart into the menu and the selection of beautiful ingredients. I enjoyed the Beets and Paleo dips with paleo bread. The rabbit stew is divine!

The food was cool to lukewarm and took a long time even though we were the only ones there. The waitress said the oven isn’t working properly. Coffee was not good. Chicken was like rubber with no flavor

This restaurant offers a small quiet space to enjoy beautifully made dinner. They opened special on the weekend to celebrate Mother’s Day brunch. Reservations required for this, but orders could’ve been taken in, advanced for pick up.
So always nice to come and spend special days at a restaurant like this!!!

Let's start with the positives. I love that I found a paleo restaurant where I can order anything from the menu. I appreciated the education about the paleo diet that was provided at each table. The parking was spacious, the meatloaf was good, and everything was beautifully plated.
However, there were several issues. The chicken was dry and bland. The rabbit was tasty, but it mostly consisted of bones and lacked the pearl onions. Additionally, the potatoes arrived late. We had made reservations for 5 PM, but the hours seemed a bit unusual, so I took what I could get for a birthday dinner. When we arrived, there was no music, and it didn’t appear that they were ready to welcome guests. From what I could tell, there was only one server and one chef working. The place was cute but cramped, and the chef was on the phone for most of our visit.
It took an hour for any food to reach the table, and there was little acknowledgment of the two birthdays being celebrated. Our food arrived cold, and when the music finally turned on, it was too loud and startled us halfway through the meal.
The main reason I am giving this review two stars is that there was NO SOAP in the bathroom for the entire two hours we were there. The following day, several people from our table experienced stomachaches and nausea.
I'm really disappointed as I had hoped this could be a new regular spot for us. Additionally, I hate to leave bad reviews for a small business as I love supporting local and family owned. However, due to the lack of cleanliness and the quality of the food, we will not be returning. For over $150 this was completely unacceptable. I really hope some positive changes are made.

I have celiac and we are traveling cross county right now and I’m trying as many dedicated gf spots as I can. This was a really special dinner. We ordered at least 8 items off the menu because everything looked so amazing. Everything was very top notch and, to me, somehow tased both familiar and something you couldn’t quite place, in a good way. We tried appetizers, main courses and a couple of desserts and I absolutely everything was amazing! Thanks for a great meal!

I am a meal prep member. I couldn't believe the difference in my health from eliminating seed oil from my diet. Sapien's food is farm sourced, clean, and delicious.

Finally had the opportunity to try Sapiens tonight for dinner. My spouse is gluten intolerant, so having a restaurant where every item is “safe” was great.
I had the signature burger and my spouse had the Chefs Special, the Halibut entree. Both dishes were delicious and well prepared.
Some have commented on poor service; however, that was not our experience. It’s a small restaurant and we only saw one server, but she was fantastic, keeping our water glasses filled and checking in with us throughout.
We were happy to have found this gem and will definitely be dining here in the future!
Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten intolerant people.
