Winter because I was starving ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a coffee. They didn’t have any creamer for the coffee so I told them OK well just give me my money back for the copy. He said he could not do that so I had to get an orange juice When I left. The sausage wasn’t a sausage sandwich. It was a ham sandwich. The hashbrowns were soggy and nasty and the orange juice taste like I’ve been left out and was fermenting. I called and told him about it. They said that they could not give me my money back, but they could replace the sandwich and I have to bring in my receipt. I told him I wanted my money back. I was not satisfied with any of it and refused never will I go there again

So Terrible. Ordered sandwich online and had to drive over 20min. Not ready. Staff got Mgr Ramones Rivera on the phone. No help would not honor my order but they had charged my card. Told me call corporate to get money back. DO NOT go to this store.

This place is terrible. I came here on a Tuesday evening to pick up a sandwich and while there was barely anyone in the restaurant or the drive-thru, it took almost 10 minutes for anyone to come to the counter and help despite several employees walking by. Their iced tea was kept several hours past its discard date. The food was very bland. I got a turkey avocado sandwich and it tasted like a dry piece of cardboard stuffed with cheap deli meat and ridiculous amounts of lettuce.

Best and only place I know that sells hot Cinnabons! They are amazing. This store has very nice workers and is clean Inside as well. Perfect place for anyone at the medical complex next to it.
(Also for people who use public transportation, the Mustang Transit Center is very close.

Wasn't expecting this kind of sandwich to turn up (round bun) but it was really good.
Got the signature turkey, and smoked turkey - both were great. The BBQ chips were also on point, well worth a try.
Went here for lunch on a Saturday with my family and spent $51 for four meals. The food wasn’t great, and the service was terrible. It was 81° inside because their air-conditioning was broken, which made the whole experience even worse. The lady at the counter looked like a clown—honestly not impressed. The best part of the meal was the chips, and those came out of a bag. Terrible food, not worth $50. Schlotzsky’s, do better.

I have been here twice. This place is very inconsistent about the price of gluten-free pizza for their Pizza After 5 weekend deal.
I had a much better experience at two different locations and was charged extra for gluten-free crust.

This Schlotzsky’s, their staff, manager, and district manager went above and beyond to save the day. I had ordered online through the website and DoorDash really dropped the ball and never delivered. I called the restaurant and they had the district manager reach out to me! They remade my order and personally delivered it from the restaurant! I really appreciate them going above and beyond and would recommend them to everyone in the area! Thanks again for making it right!
