It is a bit overpriced, but good food. I had an issue with my order & tried talking to a worker if anything can be done and he walked away as I was talking to him without offering to have someone else talk to me about it.
I don’t order Shake Shack that often but when I have craving for it, I expect to get what we ordered as it is on the pricier side. Plus the up charge of a delivery.
I don’t think anyone making our order even read the ticket. Ordered chicken sandwich no mayo or lettuce All were on it. Ordered a single burger, lettuce, tomato, pickle. Got a burger with No bun, crispy onions, red peppers and cheese. What?? Ordered a double stack with everything that comes on it. Add bacon. Just came with two burger pattie’s and cheese. I really wish these restaurants would pay attention and double check them before handing them off for delivery. READ THE ORDER! $70.00 worth of food that wasn’t even close to right. Frustrating to open the bag and it’s all wrong except the orders of fries and the drinks. Arghhhh I’m pissed.

The food is awesome, especially the portobello mushroom burgers. I was pleasantly surprised! Beyond the food, the staff here are amazing! They were so accommodating to us when one of our boys made a mistake on his order. They generously replaced his burger with a smile. Clean bathrooms and restaurant. We’ll be back!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. If you want to be BERATED and called cuss words by staff, for asking a question then this is your place. Most frustrating and chaotic experience I have ever had just for ordering two simple items. FIRST and LAST experience.

So clean and inviting inside - and the cheeseburger is fantastic! Love love love the strawberry shake!!! The staff are warm and friendly and ordering from the kiosk is so easy to navigate! I'll definitely be coming back for more!
A tad bit disappointed. Last week was in town with a colleague to set up a new office but didn't get to post my review until now. We decided on shake shack for lunch after I got off the plane. The food was overly greasy and overall disappointing. I have had shake shack before so was pretty surprised. Definitely expected better.

My son has been trying to get me to try Shake Shack for awhile now so we did lunch a couple weeks ago.
Delicious. May sound odd but what made the burger for me was the bun. A bun makes such a huge difference to me and theirs was fantastic.
I don’t live near a Shake Shack but wouldn’t think twice about eating there again, great burger!

Oil tasted and smelt very old, fries tasted like bad oil, burger was ok, meat was tasty and cheesy, $21 bucks for a meal and it was mid.
