I loved the entire experience! The wait staff was incredibly helpful and patient with us on our first visit. The aesthetic was so nice and modern. The food was amazing! A little pricier than I thought, but it was worth it! I’d happily visit again next I’m in the area!
The servers work really hard here! I think it has to do with the adjustable exhaust fans over each grill, since I'm used to grilling myself in CA. The dumplings are huge, and the potato salad banchan is just how I like it, with a good amount of hard-boiled egg. I had the soy-marinated pork (kalbi). I'll be trying the other pork dishes the next 5 weeks I have left in AZ; they have a stamp card to earn a free BBQ meat once you try each type offered. Challenge accepted!
