The lobby was dirty. Soda machine and cup area were very dirty. The girl working had really long hair and was all over her face. The walls were dirty. I had a brisket burger and it was great, however I get weird vibes eating someplace were things are visibly not cleaned. If the lobby was as dirty as it was I wonder how the kitchen was kept.

The lady the took our order was probably the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with in a fast serve restaurant. She went out of her way to make sure we got everything we needed, was engaged with everyone in the semi crowed shop and checked back several times. Burgers, shakes and fries all very good. Highly recommend! Give her a promotion.

I wish I could give 0 stars because I applied for this location and went through the interview process and got the job or at least I was told by Wayne the hiring manager I had a guaranteed job and shook on it but he took 2 weeks to reply to me after I called smashburger nonstop just to get ahold of him just for him to tell me after 3 weeks of still waiting for a response that he hired someone else when I quit my job just to work here. Don’t ever apply for this place it sucks and they make promises they can’t keep.

Not only were the staff polite over the phone but when an issue with a gift card I had won at work the manager with a reassuring tone told me to come on down and comped my meal which is really going above and beyond and is the reason I will keep coming back here not only do they never mess up my order but they always have a friendly work atmosphere that really shines into the taste and quality of the food. Once again smash burger knocks it out of the park! (:Kid-friendliness: Clean and safe environment with excellent customer service and not once in four years have I come in to see any yelling from customers or people cursing. I would bring the little ones here anytime over the cesspool of disease they have at the play area at McDonald's.
